These cables are very thin - about the thickness of packing twine, but well made and covered in plastic, which is what I expected, but from the photos I expected them to be closer to thickness of bicycle cable. Using it to hold up my patio sail shades and first week is fine, but let's hope it holds up until at least winter when I will take them down.

Loops came apart on three of four cables with little more than a tug. One remained quite solid and remains in use. Possible a bad batch or poor quality control?Best use - Visual deterrent.

Got these to lock our snowboards since a lot of thefts have been happening. It’s light and compact to carry and enough to deter someone from just grabbing it.
