Best price per oz I could find
I was looking for stevia or monk fruit. This was the largest package I could find as I was trying to cut my dollar per oz cost. No matter the brand, it's the same stuff, so why pay more if you don't have to? Nothing special here.

Nasty aftertaste
I purchased this instead of my usual brand of monkfruit sweetener. That was not a wise choice. The taste is horrible and the aftertaste is worse.

Sweet like sugar, no calories
I like this blend of erythritol with a little monk fruit extract thrown in. The erythritol tastes better than monk fruit, but this is a good combination. I use this in sweet drinks, like sweet tea and some smoothies. It has a bit of a tendency to re-crystallize, so it is better as a sweetener where sugar is not normally the dominant ingredient. I don’t use it for brownies, fudge, or home made marshmallows because they don’t always come out right. But I do use this for cereal, shakes, smoothies, lemonade, tea, and many other foods and drinks. It is zero calorie, tastes like sugar, and for me I feel this is a healthy alternative to sugar. I haven’t experienced any gastrointestinal side effects either, which sometimes are a problem with other sugar alcohol sweeteners.

Tastes better than either ingredient separately - actually almost tastes like sugar
I’ve tried monk fruit and erythritol separately, and I found both lacking in different ways. The monk fruit was a fine powder and had a strong flavor, was very sweet, and had kind of chemical-y flavor, though I didn’t mind using it as a sweetener. The erythritol had crystals sort of like sugar, though smaller, and it kind of just disappeared in my mouth. I didn’t find the flavor to be very good, though not bad either, nor the sweetening power to be very strong. Both of these I liked better than stevia, which I think tastes pretty bad. This product combines monk fruit with erythritol, and I think this is a great example of something being greater than the sum of its parts. This looks and tastes more like sugar than either of its constituent parts. I actually found that it tastes a bit like raw sugar. It tastes good and sweetens well, and is a better sugar replacement than either monk fruit or erythritol. However, this is a lot more expensive than sugar, so I can’t imagine wanting to bake with it unless I absolutely had to use a sugar substitute.

Sweet but healthy
I want to eat healthy, while at the same time I don’t want to give up my favorite foods, like sweets. I know too much sugar is not healthy, but I love to eat sweet foods, like cakes, cookies, pastries, desserts, etc. I’m glad there are alternative sweetener options available, so I can keep enjoying these foods without worrying too much about my blood sugar level and calories. This monk fruit based sweetener is healthy. It is plant based, and non-GMO. It is low in calories and carbs. I use it for my bakery, with exactly the same way as consuming sugar. It tastes super good, sweet and no unwanted aftertaste. With this sugar alternative, I can indulge myself with all home-made sweets I like.

Less aftertaste, good for baking
I used this sugar replacement to make low carb cupcakes. It has a texture like sugar and baked without any issues. This has less of an aftertaste than other sweeteners which is why I chose it over others on my shelf. We were happy with the results.
