Onyx Professional 16oz Salon Strawberry Formula Nail Polish Remover Removes Polish, Nail Glue, Nail Glitter & Conditions Nails

I bought this stuff at Five Below for a year or two regularly. I recently moved and tried using a none acetone nail polish remover because my boyfriend didn't like the scent. It takes so long and is more of a hassle than it's worth. Since he still insists it smells like acetone, I went back to buying my favorite remover.This comes in several 'scents', they all have the same removing strength. Although they are colored they will not stain your nails. For example I have another remover that is pink that I used when I was trying to clean up, not remove, a white manicure and it started dying the white polish pink. As far as the scent goes you can get a whiff of whatever scent it claims to be but regardless the base note is the acetone, so don't go straight sniffing the bottle.It's a great price and this is probably the average size bottle.This is coming from a nail blogger that uses tons of different polishes, tons of nail art, glitter, and has every kind of remover possible including gel removers, etc. This by far works the best and is the one I use the most. It's like every pure acetone remover but it's likely the most affordable.

I really like this brand. It's a generous portion at a reasonable cost.

Large quantity for a low price. The bottle is sure to last long.4. Does not dry out cuticles. Content mentions Vitamin E and Grape seed oil which is a benefit.5. Shipped with product until bottle brim (full bottle) and absolutely no leak.Cons:1. The bottle comes with just a plain cap and need to take care when pouring the product onto the cotton so that it does not spill. Would have been helpful if the bottle came with a nozzle to pour the product drop by drop avoiding spillage. But this is a issue that can be ignored.This product does the job well and is definitely recommended for buying again.Overall, an efficient nail polish remover at a low price and smells sweet strawberries!

I needed a nail polish remover and Onyx seemed like a decent bargain so I got without thinking much of it. After using it, I realized having the word "Professional Salon Strength Formulated" in their name wasn't just an marketing stunt. I was pleasantly surprised how EASY it was to remove my RED nail polish. For the price and quality, you really can't to wrong with purchasing this.Pros* Huge* Easily took off my red nail polish in one-go* Making the nail polish remover pink does add to the salon feelCons* It didn't come with any blockers after opening the lid (for all I know it could've been used)* Because of this anyone can insert anything into the substance, making it very hazardous and dangerous (I took one star off for this)* Had an extremely hard time taking off glitter nail polish though (needed to press down and run through the product 3x)

I was hesitant to buy this, because I was so careless about eight years ago with a small size bottle of polish remover, that I ruined a fairly big patch of my hardwood floor. But this was a screaming good "ADD ON DEAL", and I needed fingernail polish remover. So, I bought it, I also bought a travel size plastic bottle to use it as needed, the reviews were correct, it's excellent at its job, & most especially with lint free squares. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this to anyone. Great polish remover--it took off my salon pedicure like it was watercolor paint. Will purchase again, whatever the price. It's that good.

I've bought before years ago. It was amazing, polish came off fast, smelled great after, no stains. I just opened my new bottle today, and I have no idea what happened. Usually, I can just use a half cotton ball per hand. Today, I went through 6 whole cotton balls and still barely got it off. I ended up having to scrape it off the remnants to fully clean my fingernails. I also noticed that after a drop hit my nightstand, instead of leaving a blanched stain, it did nothing. Just wiped off. On top of that, the bottle did not have a seal under the plastic cap, just a sticker that peeled off the top of the cap.It honestly makes me wonder if someone bought a bunch of these in bulk and diluted them with pink water so they could sell more product. I really hope that's not the case, but that's going to backfire hard because I'm never buying this again. And I don't recommend you buy it either. It's already pretty expensive for what it is and the main feature of Strawberry Scented just isn't worth it.

This didn’t smell like strawberry at all and hardly does its claimed job.

I have been getting into painting my nails lately and have completely run out of nail polish remover. The last brand I had did a marvelous job at removing all my nail polish with little effort and I was hoping for the same with the Onyx Pro Remover to do the same; however, the formula is not as effective. The ingredients show acetone as the first ingredient followed by water and I'm thinking it's too diluted. Something is not working well for me with this brand and we had problems removing what was once easy to remove previous to using the Onyx brand.We've used the formula on multiple articles and had the same problem. This stuff is just not strong enough. I really wanted this to work out wince the price is so low and there is so much in the bottle. I would not buy this again and disappointed with the results. Cotton balls, felt pieces, paper towels, you name it, they remover is too inconvenient and takes too long to remove paint and other acetone soluble items.
