I’m not a professional hairstylist that’s for sure and so I’m always looking for something easy to give me a little more volume. I have tried at least a half a dozen products recently, and this one, being not only the cheapest was also the best in adding volume to my hair.It’s free and easily after the shower and you can rub it around with your fingers and even wait a little bit before you blow it dry. It really lifts where you want to.

I have been using this product for about 2 years now. I have really thin hair that without product in it needs to be washed every other day or it will look greasy. I have tried many different hair thickeners and I will say this one is the only one that truly worked to my liking. It leaves my hair looking extremely full and still remains soft. The only thing that is an issue is that you can’t let it air dry. It becomes hard as if you put gel in your hair. Other than that I love it. It has a nice smell not strong. I can go up to 3-4 days without washing my hair before it becomes greasy looking. Great quality product! Will continue to use this and def recommend to friends and family.

Only odd thing first: different places have different directions on how to use. Some say apply mid shaft to ends only. Others say apply at roots a comb through to ends. Just used for first time. Bought it because has “acrylates” which give hair grip and volume in my experience. Very very Hard to find styling products containing them. I applied this spray roots to ends and that seems right for me. This is one of two of the best effective thickening grippy styling products I have found after 45 year period of looking, finding, and then dealing with nonsensical discontinuations. This product seemed as was going to be sticky as I applied. It dried beautifully smooth, weightless, allowed my hair to shine, has grip, imparted body and really helped plump difficult crown area. No stickiness. What I don’t know yet is how long I’ll have these results but I’m hoping two full days. Also don’t know how cleanly it will shampoo out. I didn’t spray it onto my hair—I never squirt or spray anything onto my head because I can’t tell how much I’m applying. I always put in my hand and work it onto my hair. Always. I’m anticipating this will pass the endurance and clean questions for me and become my main mane mist. Can’t believe it’s been lurking for years and we only now have connected!! Thanks Garnier!

Love this product for my fine hair. I've been on auto ship for at least a couple years. Suddenly it's shot up in price from $5-somethjng to $7-something, and now $15.95. You have to be kidding. No stinkin way!

I found this thickening lotion a few years ago and can't live without it now. I have VERY fine hair and this really gives me some volume/thickness. It also helps my hair to curl and hold curl better. I don't spray it on my hair though. I spray about 8 pumps into the palm of my hand and rub my hands together and apply it like you would mousse. I feel that I have more control of where it goes this way and it gets to the underside of my hair better. I also like that this is not expensive. So many hair things are so expensive and most of the time don't even work they way they advertise that they will. This one does what it says.

I love this stuff but it's been discontinued :( I am very upset that I can no longer purchase it. It works great for my hair and I've been using it for several years.

I have straight fine hair. This product gives it volume and also style control. I thought I had found the answer but the price is making search for another answer. The reason for only 4 stars is it recently doubled in price. Increase understandable, but double, really, why?
