So cute
I have been acquiring ice molds this year and love the appearance of these unique sphere shapes for my cocktails. One thing that is very important to me is knowing if a mold is sturdy or not. I have a few that are just thin, flimsy and get returned. These are perfect! Very sturdy, seals in liquid very well, fun size, easy to pop out. I wish this company would make more ice molds.

Adorable and Functional!
I LOVE this ice cube tray!!! Just make sure to fill up the tray all the way to the top and be careful not to spill while transporting to the freezer. If there isn't enough water in the tray, the tentacles will break more easily. Also, the top of the head is slightly difficult to get out, but if you just wiggle it back and forth gently and push from the bottom once the tentacles are free, they seem to come out pretty nicely. While they are not gargantuan, they are larger than my regular ice cubes, so they melt more slowly which is nice. Just remember these are silicone trays so they are going to be wobbly, you can use a tray, plate, or piece of cardboard to make getting them to the freezer an easier task. Or I guess you could just fill them while they are already in the freezer...Love them!!

Great for white chocolate melting
I made these for just fun. Mother’s day surprise for my 6 year old son. They work well and the second batch came out beautifully when I made sure the white was fully melted and pushed the bubbles out with a toothpick and let them set and scrape the white melts off the gums then added the pink. I will love to have a vampire teeth set. I also plan to make a candy & cookie “ swag bag” for my dentist and her staff.

Fun ice mold
This ice mold is easy to use and creates quite a laugh when we put them in our guests drinks. My only complaint is they dissolve so fast because there’s a very thin area.

Works great for chocolate or fondant!
I couldn't decide if these were what I was looking for but I am so glad I got them! I used them with Wilton chocolate melting chips and they turned out so cool! They were a big hit with everyone! I just put the white color in the teeth, gave it a little jiggle to let it settle then added the pink for the "gums" gave another jiggle and let them set in the freezer for 10 mins. The came out so easy! The thinner you make them the more easier they break but a generous layer on top will let them hold longer. When using these for chocolate, make sure to keep them in the fridge until ready to use as they will melt. I know they say ice trays which im sure they work great for but if you want to know if they will work well for melting chocolate or fondant they do!

On the fence
While cute and a fun idea, the Coolamari are very fickle. The the silicon is very flimsy and has trouble sitting flat (we had to use a small plate). I understand it needs to be flexible enough to pop out the molded ice, however, even that is a tricky task. The silicon looks and feels like it will tear when you're popping the little guys out. I feel like it won't last too long. Yet, as a novelty ice cube, I would highly recommend the Coolamari, but you'll use all 4 cubes in a glass.

I Love It!
I am absolutely obsessed! They come out so cute! So I have noticed that depending on the liquid you freeze it may be a little more difficult to take them out of the mold. For example, I used almond milk and it was a little more brittle compared when I used water and so the tentacle broke off a little bit. I wouldn’t say that this is the products fault, it’s more on what the liquid is composed of and how it’s consistency is when it is frozen. The ones I made with water came out perfectly. I would recommend this mold to everyone c: (I’ve also attached some photos of this cute ice octopus - one made of almond milk and the other of water)

Wasteamari money
Flimsy and not so cool-Amari! Cubes come out looking like jelly beans not squid. The tentacles break when you look at them and facial features are unrecognizable. Waste of materials and money for four uncool, and not so fun ice.
