AmeriColor Food Coloring, Electric Yellow Soft Gel Paste, 13.5 Ounce

Awesome! The color was fabulous. My jack-o-latern red velvet cupcakes really looked like they were light up by a candle. The yellow was easy to use and I really didn't need that much...and my frosting was originally white. I will figure out how to upload a picture to show you. The only thing that was weird was the yellow and orange where not as full as the green, red, and black which were filled to the top while the yellow and orange were filled approximately 1/2" from the top. I double checked and nothing leaked or had been opened prior to me opening them. Since nothing appeared to be tampered with, I did not contact the vendor.

Wouldn't use any other brand. Excellent for use in combination with other colors as well as individual beautiful, bright and distinctive royal icing decoration.
