BellyLady Belly Dance Hip Scarf Skirt Wrap With Paillettes

I wear an 18/20 in pants and this hip scarf fits me great! It is fairly weighted and loosens up a bit as you wear it. So, I occasionally have to retie/tighten it up during my practices. However, I would prefer that over one that was too small or skimpy on the pailettes. Very pretty when the light hits it as well!!!

I'm size 8 and pretty self-conscious about my butt. I'd rather the scarf drapes longer to cover most of my butt but it doesn't. As I dance Zumba it hikes even higher, causing it looks more like a "belt" than a skirt. Also the sequin pieces doesn't cover all around my butt so it look kinda funny.I'm gonna have to buy another type of skirt that has at least 3 rolls of coins... I tried a few that was provided by my zumba class and they drape down lower, and the scarf is also longer so you have plenty of materials to tie with. The coins covers evenly horizontally, and vertically, unlike this Bellylady "belt" being sold here.If you're pretty fit or skinny I think you might like this belt. otherwise, a narrow and short scarf like this might make you feel more self-conscious when you try to get fit.

Got this in the mail yesterday and I LOVE IT!!! It's absolutely adorable!I purchased it to wear while dancing in Zumba events and to help me on my hipwork.The palettes are beautifully colored and glint nicely in the sun!My only complaint is that it's a bit shorter than it appears in the photo. Either that, or the size of my butt makes it that way. Hmm...Add-on: Well, after just a few months of scarcely using this hip scarf, unfortunately, it's already bit the dust. I'm sure I could get somebody to fix it, but I'm not sure if it's worth my time and I am no expert seamstress myself.The stitching at the end of one of the ties has come apart and therefore, the scarf fits loosely and is constantly falling down. Aside from that, it is/was beautiful! It's not very loud but definitely promotes hip work-age.

I take Zumba dance classes 6 days a week! Since I wanted my own scarf, rather than sharing the ones offered to the class, I chose this one after having seen it on a fellow dancer. The colors are stunning and the large sequins plentiful!! I really shake my groove thing in class, and this particular scarf is so far exactly as the day I received it! I have sent many women to your site since someone always comments on my wrap. I purchased them at the same time. Thanks!PS: A note on shoes...buy ones that are meant for dancing since they make a HUGE difference on your moves, and on your knees :)

The product arrived on time and is exactly as pictured. I think the colorful little circle things are plastic but I do love the way they reflect the light. I can wear it with any color and it makes a nice little jingle too. I gave the product four stars only because the material everything is sewn onto doesn't look thaat great might be a little thin but hopefully it lasts. I did order two skirts at the same time and I have yet to receive them. I contacted the seller and got a prompt reply saying the skirts were shipped separately and should arrive soon, but it's now after the expected delivery date and the skirts still have not come in.

From my wife: Bought for Zumba and it's always the cutest hip scarf in the class! The picture makes it look a bit too much, but it isn't. I tie it on the side of my hip and adjust it to cover my rear (if only everyone would be so considerate, since spandex isn't for everyone). You need to not be a shy person to wear this little piece as all eyes will be on you :o) - I also have the gold tone Arm Cuffs also bought from BellyLady.

Better than pictured!I ordered many different colors of these scarves and love them all. I am a Zumba instructor and use them in my classes. The colors are beautiful and match well with my Zumba outfits. I have put them to the test and they have all held up well. My students wanted to know where I purchased them and ended up getting them for themselves. They are happy with the price and so am I!
