As like most families we enjoy a variety of meals inspired from around the world. A very good friend (before moving away) cooked spring role's, rice, wanton etc all from her home region in Japan. She shared some recipes for me to make at home, I told her the meals were missing somthing!This was the missing ingredient, while I'm not as good as my friend our meals now have that "mmmm" flavour. It's a bit like making a tagine and not use Harissa paste or herb mixture. Hope this review helps others get that missing mmmmmm...

Product is fine. But customer service is horrible.They don’t reply to your emails.

If you have this and hot water you have the makings of a quick stock for a bowl of soup. Those dreadful college dorm instant ramens or Cup o’ noodles? Prepare as directed and add a little squirt of this paste and maybe some soft tofu and you have elevated the soup ten steps.Until you are familiar with its goodness go easy as it is salty. Cut back on the recipes soy sauce or salt in tandem with this delicious flavor enhancer. Thank you, Japan!

Ich muss gestehen, dass ich dieses Produkt eher für eine Art Mayonnaise gehalten habe, aber ich habe mir die Beschreibung auch nicht wirklich sorgfältig angesehen.Dieses Produkt besteht zu ca. 30% aus Salz, deswegen werde ich es vermutlich größenteils als (Teil einer) Suppenbasis oder als Salzersatz für z.B. hausgemachte Mayonnaise verwenden.Geschmacklich top; werde es wahrscheinlich bald wieder kaufen.
