Well made, solid and drills down easy.Can snag on some stones etc so take it easy.Used for planting bulbs and made life easier than hand push and twist type, you have to clear out hole which unlike hand push and twist type, which is easy as it’s fine earth after drilling. Made life so much easier.Worth the money in the time it saves.

Excellent item made the setting up of 100mm diameter posts a lot easier to start them up for sinking into the ground.

This gadget was a huge help when we had 120 daffodil bulbs to plant, although it didn't work in quite the way I expected. I thought it would create a nice tidy hole in which I could plop a bulb, but it simply loosened the soil so I could dig it out easily with a trowel. Even though it didn't do what I expected, it still made a daunting job a lot easier and I would recommend it - 120 bulbs planted in about an hour. The only other warning is that I had to hold the drill with both hands and be careful, because if the auger got stuck, the drill would whizz round and nearly wrench my shoulder or wrist.

Great little product for bulb planting and removal of deep weeds

This is a fairly good product but you do need to water the soil first or it’s very difficult to make a hole with the drill bit. Also the fixture onto the drill is a little flimsy. I’ve used it a few times and already The piece that goes into the drill is beginning to wear away.

Fabulous piece of kit. Much better then I expected for the money. Went though our hard clay soil like butter.

Couldn't have done my job without it. Cut the time involved drastically

Haven't used it yet but it feels solid and sturdy, though the hex shaft hasn't been tested for grip with a power drill. Arrived promptly and was well packed.
