Best skin softener for extreme dryness. Use this on my face before applying makeup, my makeup doesn’t flake anymore, use as a moisturizer before bed. My face feels so nice, no more dryness. Use it on my hands and feet before bed, wake up with soft hands and feet. I have dry lips, used it on my lips before bed wake up with smoother less dry lip. Will definitely purchase again. Easy to apply. Is a bit thick, a little goes a long way.

Absolutely LOVE this cream! It has a light natural lavender scent and is very rich! I have extremely sensitive skin and have tried all sorts of products. Some of them sting even though they're marketed as suitable for sensitive skin. When I found this I was amazed! It goes on heavily but sinks in and never stings - quite the opposite. It's great for my arms and legs - sinks in but also leaves a protective layer & glow. It protects my skin superbly. I even use it on my face which is the most sensitive place; however you might not like the shine it causes. It is also comedogenic if used on your face. I honestly don't care about that because the protection I feel far outweighs that downside. It's not meant for your face anyway, so that'd probably be a non-issue for you!

I love, love this skin care product! Yes, it is very heavy cream and sticky. So, I use it at night. Great for my feet with short socks. Worn to bed about 3x per week - and when I get up, my heels are much softer. I use on the back of my hands before getting into bed. Softer hands in the morning.

Love the product and have been using it for years. The new metal packaging makes it difficult to get all of the lotion out which is why it isn't 5 stars. A little goes a long way, it has a nice citrus smell, and I stay moisturized for a full day after one application and that's living in the dry desert.

I can see why this is a cult favorite. 1/It’s a great multi-purpose moisturizer that lasts all day. 2/It’s an effective night cream to wake up with super moisturized skin. 3/It’s highly nourishing for my cuticles, hands, elbows, heels. 4/It’s wonderful under makeup and doesn’t cause it to run or disappear. Just make sure you use a few dots and allow them to sink in for a few minutes before applying liquid or powder foundation. I also use it under my eyes and let it sink in before applying my concealer then dust very lightly with powder to ‘set it’ and it lasts all day. No drying out and no settling in lines. Just don’t apply too much as a little goes a long way. 5/ I like that it’s a trusted clean product formulated without a plethora of unnecessary harmful chemical ingredients. It’s on my “forever” product list because it checks all the boxes. I’m a minimalist- Only a few highly effective products make it here and stay. Hint: Be smart and get a tube crimper so you get all the product out and keep the tube from cracking

Great company and awesome products. I was looking to replace lotion from J&J that I no longer believe in (my opinion, the company is a fail with their practices & questionable ingredients). When I searched for organic lotion … voila! Weleda popped up. I have used Weleda products in the past and have been happy with the results, so I ordered three. This way I could try out which one would be suited for what. I will post this review on all three lotion/creams. Weleda Citrus Hydrating Body Lotion 6.8oz (label says Refreshing Body Lotion) – it’s amazing! It’s super light, a little goes a long way, has a wonderful citrus scent that also very light. I decided to keep this one at my desk. The pump dispenses the perfect amount and you only need a little bit. Lotion smooths on easily and absorbs into the skin nicely. This helps with all the hand washing and sanitizing, while using keyboard and shuffling paperwork. Even though it’s thin and light to apply, an hour later my skin still feels hydrated but no coating and does not feel greasy. A+ I would also say this would be a luscious after bathing application to wrap your skin with some heavenly loving. Weleda Nourishing Body Cream baby (2.5oz orange tube) - this cream is nice and greasy, smooths on with easy and lasts all day. I put it on my face and I love how it feels. In the evening it was still feeling soft and moisturized. Might not be the best on hands as it did track oils for a while. But this is how I like my facial cream, goes on super easy because it glides. Weleda Skin Food (green tube) – The skin food, is just that! It’s very stiff and very little is needed. Super yummy on the skin. I put it on the back of my hand when I first received package and it felt amazing. I put it on my face this morning, it takes some smoothing to get it everywhere. Even though it has oils, it is more solid and less gliding. But 4 hours later my skin feels just as soft and moisturized, normally it feels dry by now. I really like both the baby cream and this skin food … tomorrow I might put a little of each together and use on my face to get the benefits of the easy application of the baby cream as well as the nourishing from this one … it all boils down to personal preference and application site. Each has a light scent, which flies after a short amount of time. Even the body lotion I am using on my hands … no scent detected after a while. I have washed my hands recently and do not yet feel the need to reapply lotion. Loving each of these for specific reasons, all have organic ingredients and thus not putting questionable chemicals onto the largest organ of the body. Just one more thing as I continue to detox the unwanted elements that I have control over. I will be ordering more of these reviewed above … work, home, car etc.

Packaging: super simple and compact but holds a lot of product! No issue dispensing. Product: very thick gel, a little goes a long way. My skin is generally normal to slightly oily in the summer so I tend to wear this mostly at night and usually as an occlusive after all my skincare routine. It not sticky and lasts a long time. I’ll go to bed and notice it still on in the morning if I sleep upright. Blends right into any skin tone without any weird cast. I LOVE USING THIS ON THE DAYS THAT I SHAVE!!! It works better than any after shave product at soothing and moisturizing. Feels great on the skin. Price: at first I thought the price was a little much but I really have heard good things about this product so I wanted to try it for myself. Considering there are 2.5 oz in this and most moisturizers are around 1 oz, very good deal in the end!! Especially with how little you have to use to over face.

I have now purchased this moisturiser a number of times such is my appeal for this organic product by Weleda. It makes a great winter barrier moisturiser especially when your face is exposed to the harsh cold winds and driving rain and then the drying effects of central heating within the home. The consistency is rather thick which makes you wonder if it is suitable for the face but really it is. Just a few small dabs applied on the areas deemed necessary then massage in with a slow, gentle circular motion. Initially your face will look greasy but this disappears pretty quickly as it absorbs deep within. You now have a protective barrier making your skin look hydrated and really healthy. It actually gives you a youthful glow. I use this pretty much all year round alongside a sunscreen by Brickell as I am outdoors a lot, either at work or recreational and I am keen to keep my skin looking at its best despite being male. The smell is quite unique and obviously all natural. It smells rather botanical in a herbal kind of way which I actually like. Lastly, being organic is a great plus and reassuring that no unpleasant and unnecessary chemicals reside in the tube to eventually make their way into your body with unknown consequences!!! Really happy and will continue using this product forever more !!!

Very emollient and excellent for dry skin, I use it on my face on top of serums. Strong green & floral scent but pleasant, dissipates after application, which I don’t mind at all. Good value for money!
