These 11" mechanics tool bags with hard bottoms are well built and last a long time. They are excellent for compact and convenient portable tool storage. They are not quite up to military standards, but still very good. If you are laying on the ground working on a car, truck, boat, aircraft, etc., and you need to get a tool out of the bag, you can push down the side of the bag and see what's inside, you cannot do this with a rigid toolbox. The bag compresses to take up the minimum possible volume in the trunk of your car as well. Very useful.

I've only had this bag in my hands Less than an Hour. But that's already long enough to feel, and Acknowledge it's superb Build Quality. The Bottom of the Bag has some Wood, or maybe a Firm Plastic as a Base, so things that are better to "Lie Flat" like my Above Steam Deck OLED, so as to Keep the Sticks from Unnecessary Stressing. It's Deep enough to fit a Second one, or maybe a Decent Book, or actual Useful things! The Inside has PLENTY of small Tool-Pockets, I assume for Wrenches, Pens, And ScrewDrivers; please Note: these are not Bottomless, they ARE Bottomed, as in: they will not alow Tools to slip out, nor are they Elastic Bands. The Canvas Is RUGGED, I would personally Wager that this thing could be used in a Jet Engines' Bird-Strike Test with this, and Survive. My Real Reason for buying this was the fact it was 100% Sterile on the Outside. As this is now going to Carry my Various Electronics safely from "Venue" to "Venue" Without fear of Prying Eyes being able to Properly Appraise my Wares.

These bags have become an essential part of organizing gear and tools in my truck. Made of high-quality canvas, they are rugged, durable, and are built to last. What's great is that they fit perfectly longways behind the truck seat, and you can even stack two of them. Personally, I've accumulated a handful of these bags and couldn't be happier with them. In fact, I've found them to be such practical and versatile gifts that I've given many as presents, especially to those "men who have everything." I received a bag for last Christmas and like it so much I purchased 2 more, I use them for my battery operated drills, batteries and accessories.

Pretty good tool bag. Not as heavy and thick as I would like, but more than I expected. Got this for emergency tools for the Prius and it is nice and roomy, room for the cig lighter tire inflater, a 3/8 drive socket set and combination wrench set, some screwdrivers and pliers, flashlight and backup flashlight, misc bulbs and fuses and stuff, doesn't slide or roll around. Great bag, price not bad. Almost went five stars but four is enough. If you need a tool bag or a bag for similar stuff, buy this. Not bad. Nobody else seems to be making a better one at this price.

Old School, military-grade, heavy canvas. I own at least 5 of them. Buy it.

What I got this tool bag for was to cover the battery on my e-bike conversion. This is n Electra Townie 21d bike, I added a 500 w front motor hub I ordered from Amazon. To make the battery not show, I bought this tool bag and used it to cover it. Fit perfect with some Velcro tape to hold it in place. Even if I hadn’t used it for this purpose, it would make a great tool bag for the car and hold the emergency essentials for roadside repairs and such, just the right proportions to fit in the car and not take up too much room, heavy duty stitching is sure to hold up over time, well worth the price. All in all, I’m satisfied with with the adaptation I used it for.
