Seemingly High Quality
I agree with all the positive reviews, it hard to find a 10W-60 oil. WIll continue to buy more as needed.

Superior lube for an air cooled engine
Using this highly fortified synthetic for my air cooled engines. The viscosity range is widest I have come across and the special additive package should be ideal for lawn tractors dealing with the extreme heat of west Texas.

Works well on old lawn tractor.
Yesterday’s project was to get an early start and perform annual maintenance on my lawn tractor that I have used for 22 seasons. As part of the maintenance, I change the oil and the oil filter. The engine on my tractor, given its age, has started to become noisier and, unfortunately, I notice some blue smoke, indicative of oil burning, upon start-up. So, I added a gasket sealer product as well as this premium synthetic oil. This is the first time I have used a premium synthetic oil and, given the specs on this product which is designed for both street and raceway applications, it may be an overkill for a lawn tractor. But results speak for themselves. The engine seems less stressed and less noisy now that I have this oil installed. There doesn’t seem to be any adverse interaction with the gasket sealer product either. Of course, it is still too soon to comment on long-term use, but I expect a better running engine during the season given the maintenance test results. The only con is the product is more expensive when compared to other synthetic oil available in the local auto store. It may be worth the extra cost, given the greater viscosity range, if used on a vintage car.

Very stout oil for commercial air cooled vtwin mowers
Used in my Kawasaki air cooled vtwin commercial mower engines. Really stout oil.

Appears to be a high-end, high-performance motor oil
Ok, so how does one review an engine lubricant without using it for a period of months and years? I came up with two ideas: 1. The label info. This Triax SVL is labeled as a full synthetic oil, suitable for street or racing purposes. High-moly (anti-wear). High-Zinc (desirable in older flat tappet engines). High HTSH (anti-shear under high load). API spec SP/SN (high). Made in USA. 2. An observational test regarding my vintage Cadillac with a Northstar V-8. It's a great engine, but prone to lifter noise when using "bargain" or inferior motor oils. For that reason I run only Red Line (none better). But based on the claims of this Triax, I was willing to switch over and evaluate. Results? Excellent. No lifter noise and generally nice silent running overall, just like with the Red Line. For now, I'll go with 5-Stars on this.

This is luxury oil if there were such a thing
I've not seem an oil with this big of a viscosity spread. I did order 2 different other quarts of oil from this company and they are really good oils. They also got similar reviews. These are true synthetics, now days if an oil meets a more stringent viscosity rating they can sell it as synthetic. The problem with these "full synthetic" oils is that they still brake down more quickly than what used to be true synthetic oil. You end up paying alot more for extra filtered regular oil. If you purchase real sythetic it gives your engine quite an advatage over others with less wear and with this patrticular oil you will actually have more felt power, because you lose less power due to friction loss with the extra moly. In my opinion this is great oil that will give my engine longer life and more power.

NO NOTICABLE CHANGE
This product arrived quickly and in minimal waste packaging. To be honest here there was no noticeable change to the car. The vehicle drop just as well and just as quiet and just as far. the only real noticeable change is the price, this is more than 3 times the normal oil i use.
