These are cool looking and still well made. The size is neat and they have thickness to them so they will last awhile. I bought these because I saw they were still produced by Nintendo and appreciated they got their start by making these Hanafuda cards long before they were in the video game business. Neat to learn how to play and neat to have on your collection shelf.

Person loved this game. They were an avid Nintendo player when younger. Definitely recommend for those who are Nintendo fans.

Even the packaging is artful and inviting. Perfect cards, a work of art. * Edit: I have seen a review say that the "blue" ink (aotan cards, wisteria, etc.) looks black. This is not true at all, at least of my deck. It is a distinctly deep purple, as "blue" hanafuda designs traditionally sport. The colours are accurate. Beware, fragile: the cards feel like paper without a finish (the slightest water or grease would definitely ruin them), and the plastic box does not click shut (so you can easily pick it up wrong and spill the cards). Treat your beautiful hanafuda with utmost respect <3

These where a gift for me given to me by my SO. And boy, let me tell ya, I LOVE them! The art is as old and traditional as the game you play them with (Koi-Koi) A pretty and unique gift. The instructions are in Japanese BUT you can find instructions for Koi-Koi online along with some other games you can play with them in English. Oh, and they smell like floral incense, no, thats not in your head. Maybe not the cards them self but may haps something in the packaging is floral scented? I dont know, but I like it. It makes opening the deck a kind of treat. Nintendo Switch game cartridges taste gross but these cards smell great. I would have defiantly bought these for my self again (in a different theme maybe). Why are you still reading this?... go... buy em! There only like 15 bucks!

Fantastic quality. The cards are well made and look so wonderful. The only ding I give it is because the case the cards come in has no way to remain closed. If you hold the box the wrong way or by the wrong side, you will be playing 49-card pickup instead of koikoi. Ask me how I know.

Las cartas en sí maravillosas como todas las hanafuda de Nintendo, con unos acabados y grosor que hacen que parezcan fichas más que cartas. Por otra parte la comunicación con el vendedor ha sido magnífica. El pedido se retrasó unos días debido a la actual situación por la pandemia y la tienda (una pequeña tienda en Osaka) se puso en contacto conmigo para disculparse y pedir por favor paciencia y que no cancelase el pedido. Es un placer comprar un producto auténtico, de tan buena calidad y apoyando a una tienda que está pasando una situación difícil. ¡Recomendado 100%!

These cards are amazing. The instructions do only come in Japanese but it's incredibly easy to find English translations ( I used wiki personally). One thing though, these cards are small. Like REALLY small. They're about 1inch by 2inches so be prepared for that. On the plus side they're small enough to bring almost anywhere. Also for anyone who doubts, these ARE official Nintendo products and have a seal bearing the one and only Nintendo logo. Definitely buy these if you love Nintendo, Japanese card games, cute tiny cards, or if you just want to be AWESOME. Then as soon as you do, learn to play Koi-koi (it's really fun!).

Questo è il set "Miyako No Hana" il più economico e diffuso in Giappone dei tre prodotti da Nintendo, gli altri in ordine crescente di qualità e relativo prezzo sono il "Tengu" ed il "Daytorio" detto anche "President". Dall'immagine del prodotto non si vede, ma (fortunatamente) arriva in un blister espositore trasparente che a sua volta contiene un contenitore in plastica sempre trasparente, che servirà a conservare le carte una volta che avremo aperto il pacchettino in cartone (che si vede nell'immagine) che le contiene. Anche se è il set più economico è comunque di altissima qualità e le stampe sono meravigliose. Consigliato a tutti gli amanti del koi-koi!
