Being a chiropractic patient or homeopathic, I learned from a massage therapist that Milk Thistle is for the liver and dandelion root is for the kidneys.I finally began this product when I learned that both BUN Counts were High; those counts regard your kidneys and their ability to process protein, etc.I already knew that my Liver Count (AST and ALT) was High for at least 8-years with a former PCP always commenting on that - I am not a drinker!I have been on this product for less than three-months with the rest of my long-term supplements to learn 20 June 2025, that both Liver Counts are in Normal ranges and one BUN Count is in Normal range but the other BUN Count is still High.I will continue this product because it helps your organs process toxins.

Great product! He works to clean the system and detoxify the organs. It has a good value.

I bought this for my husband for liver and kidney detox. He was using another high quality product but it only contained milk thistle and he was taking 3 of those spread though out the day. I wanted to include dandelion root for him to take and when I saw this included the milk thistle, dandelion root and burdock root as well as artichoke leaf in one pill, I decided to order it for him. When the product arrived and I compared the amount of milk thistle that it contained to the pill he was taking it contained so much more of the milk thistle that I decided he only needed to take one capsule a day. The directions on the back say to take 3 a day with food but I don't think he needs that much right now. You will have to judge how much to take for yourself. The capsules are 100% non-GMO vegetarian capsules and there are no other ingredients besides the ones listed on their label which was very important to me. The size of the capsule is comparable to the size of a fish oil capsule (it's actually a tad smaller but I had to use something for comparison sake), so if you can swallow a fish oil capsule then you should not have much difficulty with this one.When you get a chance to google the many health benefits of the dandelion plant then you will be amazed at why we consider it just a useless weed in the United States. Some people have cured themselves of cancer by drinking dandelion root tea, google that if you want more information on that aspect of dandelion root.All in all I'm very happy with my purchase of this product, it kept me from adding more pills to my husbands regimen of supplements and it even cut down the amount he was taking.
