Q: Will this interfere with an Undercover Ultraflex hard folding cover installed on truck bed?

You would have to remove cover and toss it out there is no way to make that work

Q: Will this fit with a soft roll up tonneau/bed cover?

It will, but it may interfere slightly with the cover rolling up.

Q: What is the interior opening size for the bottom u bracket? Basically how much room for bedcover to fit?

It's all adjustable within a couple inches. My cover slid right back in place inside the bracket. It can be exactly what you need it to be.

Q: Will it work on my 2014 F150

Yes it will work you have to drill holes in your bed rail tho.
