Ideal for showering in a roll top bath, when injured.
We've got a roll top bath with a shower over it, it looks good, but is awkward to get in and out of, and it will be the first thing to go when the bathrooms replaced in a few years. The bath is that big that filling it with hot water would be like having a bonfire with £5 notes, so showering it is.This was until my wife fell and shattered her leg. She could struggle into the bath with my help, but couldn't stand up long enough to shower. Anyway after a bit of searching I saw this bath seat, ideal.It straddles the bath perfectly, no risk of it slipping, and is strong enough to support 3 people, never mind a 9 stone woman. It's as light as a feather, being made of tubular aluminium and moulded plastic.It was perfect for the price in an emergency, but after 2 months of recovery hopefully we will never need to use it again, and I can give it to charity once the bath is replaced.

Serves the purpose!
As advertised, sticky enough at the edges to adhere to the tub, stable for an elder to sit and stand back up.Mum's happy with it.

Sturdy but a bit on a large side
Bought it for my disabled mother. Very sturdy seat. Tge only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was a tiny bit bigger for the bath. I always thought that my bath is a standard one. I had to remove rubber ends on one side to fit it in, and it was still a bit too big. So please do measure carefully before you buy.

Smart Bath Bench
Fits well across bath & offers very stable & comfortable perch while washing. The sunken seat design allows water to run into bath & not spill over side onto floor. Suitable for use with overhead (depending on reach) or handheld shower. Fits at wider points of bath. Lightweight & easy to remove & store if required as not fixed.

Great idea
The media could not be loaded. Fits bath well fine to sit on but after 2 days it’s got water in it and can’t get it out

Does what it says
I bought this for my mother who was struggling to get in and out of the bath and it arrived when I wasn't there, but she put it together and fitted it (it just rests on the bath top) herself and finds it helps.Obviously, you're no longer sitting IN the water in the bath, but it's well made and provides a secure seat for someone who can no longer cope with getting right in or out of a bath.

Not impressed
Far too big for our bath. Its only 8 years old so its a modern bath but no adjustment for it too fit.
