We needed clips that would hold our towels for drying on our outdoor rack. We had plastic ones that broke after one season. These should hold up much better.

The grip and hold are good

I needed clips shaped like this to clamp around the railing of a boat. They needed to be sturdy to resist a stiff wind, non-rusting and versatile. Others I had bought worked, but were too hard to open. These appear to be doing a great job on what ever I use them for. Right now they are holding Christmas lights to a railing and clamping together bottom edges of outside furniture covers so they don't blow off. These seem to have plenty of strength and yet are easy to squeeze open. I also hope they will not ever rust. Time will tell, and I will come back and report if they do. I have used them in so many ways that I need to buy more. Recommend!

Sweet clamps. Their light weight makes torsionally weak... but they have great grip and are strong when used as designed. I use them to hang gloves and clothes over the vent to dry. I drilled holes in their top to allow a hanging rope to be threaded through and the metal easily twisted and bent with a little lateral pressure. But they open wide and can hold a thick beach towel after use with ease. Great product that I would purchase again.

VERY sharp edges on the inside of the clamp. Yes they do work well, great size and material. However, I'm afraid they will snag our towels and also cut my kids hands when they use them. Sadly we are returning.

I am converting over to water wicking raised bed planters. I garden in 10 stock tanks. After putting perforated plastic tubs in their bottoms with a 2 " PVC pipe (to use to add water), I layer with commercial landscape fabric held by these clips, which seperates the soil and water in the reservoir space. I make several wells in the fabric that I fill with mixed planting soil: compost, Pro-Mix or other planting medium, and composted cow manure, which wicks the water through the landscape fabric up into the main planting soil. There is about 7 inches of water in the bottom which is lasting 7 days before I have to refill the water reservoir. This allows for proper watering from the bottom which mimics nature. The plants are happy and I'm not introducing overhead water that sometimes brings powdery mildew or spits my cherry tomatoes. (Yes rain is always appreciated) These clips are very strong and their clip curve is perfectly matched to the tops of the stock tanks. You will not be sorry if you buy these strong clips. MJB
