Had these now for 2 seasons. If you are tired of skiddish black ducks especially late season not working then these are the decoys for you. They are great! The look real and I have had 100% more success using them. I have used them in all types of hunting from open water to timber and they work great. All flocked decoys require a little care and caution when using but if you take care of them they will last and continue to look great. I am buying more for next year to replace some of mine that have gotten worn and I am going to buy the flocked full body's as well. Look no further for black duck decoys these are the best of the best!!!

You get what you pay for. Look.!!! The. Avian x are the best decoys on the market for realism. Agreed , they are pricey by some stAndafrds ;however, in the long haul I believe you will be pleased. Have a good hunt.

I received these decoys on time and they look great but they do not look like the picture. They are not a really dark brown. They are black, jet black. I thought I could buy these and have them pass as a really dark hen but absolutely not. They are so black. I looked on the avian x website and they have the actual picture of these and the picture of the decoys I thought I was buying. One of them has a little glue that looks like it was spilled. If that one was like the others I would give 5 stars even though they do not look like the picture. I am still keeping them however cause they look great and ive killed 4 ducks off of them first day even with it being super slow where im at. I now have a full dozen of avian x and im sticking with this brand. The paint is super realistic and the decoys are not too thin or too hard. They flex just enough to not seem cheap and they don't feel like they will crack.

Just received today. Best black duck decoys I've ever owned! Black flocking on all 6 were flawless and look fantastic. Keel has line attachments front and back plus line placement "clips" front and middle. Haven't hunted w them so durability is unknown.

Typical Avian X product. I have yet to use them yet as I purchased them after the season was over but they are great looking decoys. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the caps for keel is missing and I can't contact the company without returning the whole product when all I want is this one replaced.

There could have been more detail in the flocking of the body and the head is not flocked at all. They are usable but I was expecting more from Avian.

Great looking birds! Notches on keel do the job nicely though I would prefer a g&h style bump for half hitching line. Not certain they draw more birds as we got them at the end of this last season but I'm completely satisfied.
