If the entire world took Beta glucans it would be a much healthier place!!!!!

Tried this for 3 months to lower cholesterol and raise HDL.Did nothing.

This stuff works wonders. I take it whenever the slightest icky feeling comes on. 2 at once, twice a day. Next day it's all over. Family members who refuse to take it get sick. If I don't take it, I get sick. It does work. I have never been sick after taking this, only if I don't take it, and then I do get really sick. I have been using this for more than 10 years.

Used this for 3-4 years. Haven't gotten sick yet. Knock on wood.
