This panel interlock was relatively easy to install. The directions, which were very complete, were easy to follow. The whole install took under 30 minutes.

Was simple to install and operated smoothly. It does what it suppose to do. This is a lot cheaper than a transfer switch and you can power any breaker in the box. The metal parts are machined good. For the amount and size of parts. I think this kit could be cheaper.

The product I ordered was wrong and would not fit my box. It was my fault because I ordered off a picture and did not contact the supplier to make sure it would fit the box I had. They were quick to respond and let me know what my mistake was and supply prepaid label to return it directly to them. Meanwhile, they were mailing me the right one immediately. It arrived in a few days. The right product was a little cheaper than the original so they even refunded me the difference. Outstanding customer service! I've read some say this was very expensive for the little product it is. That maybe true but considering the engineering, manufacturing and excellent customer service, I think it's well worth every penny.

If you want to meet code, you have to have this. And the manufacturer knows it. It is a well made piece, but not worth anywhere the price.

Install went fine. It works exactly as it should. I feel it was very pricey for what it is.

Fits as described. Saves money when installing a generator for house.
