Turned a brown color after one use that I could not get out with cleaning, but that has not seemed to effect the cooking ability of the product

Metal too thin and fragile
The alumina is too thin for stir frying; if you're looking for proper stir frying would strongly suggest looking for a wok with higher gauge or metal thickness. The metal isn't rust proof either. After washing, if there is some water remaining over it, you can see patches of rust.

Best used with gas
I have an electric stove and it only heats the bottom of the wok, not the woks fault. I've ended up using this on the BBQ'er, turned it a bit black on the outside but it does a fantastic job.

Sticky
The size of this wok is great but everything sticks to the bottom. When you clean it you almost need steel wool.
