The inactive ingredients include Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Corn Starch, Hypromellose, Lactose Monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, Talc. Okay, so what about Plan B One-Step? Active ingredient is 1.5mg of levonorgestrel. And the inactive ingredients? Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Corn Starch, Lactose Monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, Potato Starch, Talc. So what does that mean to you? It means that one pill will work no better, and no worse, than the other. The potential side effects each brand lists is the same. Because it's basically the same exact pill. 3. No Plan B pill is 100% effective. There is not a single Plan B pill on Amazon that is 100% guaranteed to keep you from getting pregnant. I don't care what brand it is. Want to know why? There are two big reasons. The first is timing. According to the National Institute of Health, levonorgestrel is usually 89% effective if taken correctly within 72 hours of the first time something happens. If you're mid-cycle and take it IMMEDIATELY, it can be 92 to 98% effective. Some factors can make taking it only 50% effective. In other words, there's a good chance that every 1 out of 10 women who take ANY brand of this pill will still get pregnant. Every brand will tell you, this reduces your chances of getting pregnant. And it does. But it's not guaranteed. One other huge issue when it comes to how effective this medicine can be.... Update: took almost 4 long years, but he got 10 years in state federal prison and a lifetime as a registered sex offender. I fought this alone with no support of no one besides the detectives and w.a.r advocate. Regardless if any support or whatever judgement it's ok to speak up. Only if you feel ok to do so. ❤️ I was sexually assaulted, and this stopped me from getting pregnant. I wouldn't abort regardless because the baby is innocent, but this has was a life saver. The forensic nurse that did the rape kit said it's a very good idea that I did that. I highly recommend it keeping it on hand just in case regardless of the circumstances. Of course speak with your doctor to make sure it's ok for your own personal health to have as a safety net just in case it's needed due. The expiration date was fine for me but any medication that you buy offline make sure you always check the date. Granted a negative thing happened to me and if I can do anything to help others I will turn a negative into a positive for others. I’m usually on birth control, but if something’s come up and I haven’t had the chance do get my doses on time I usually order this plan b. It’s not the original brand of plan B, but those are way too over priced. I order this rugby brand at least 4 times a year and more through Amazon just to play it safe until I am ready for kids. I honestly think it works for me. The price is so affordable and is a great way for protection. Some symptoms I’ve had is cramping, bleeding of course, headaches, sleepiness, but that usually happens. It goes away in a couple of days. I honestly would recommend this brand to anyone.

Unfortunately I’ve taken 3 of these over the last 50 days due to forgetting to take BC. It seems every single time I take one, a period comes 4-5 days after. I believe this pill actually works better than Plan B, as I’ve always been told after Plan B’s my period should come however it NEVER in my 15 years of being sexually active has it done that.
