Q: whats the 24 Volt supply dc or ac

Operation 24VDC, Please Note: Power adapter is included 120/240VAC to 24VDC

Q: What is the sizing of the power supply?

I returned the item. The power supply was small. It being a ‘trainer’ I expected the ply to have a port to plug it in. Instead it seem to require sottering.

Q: need an internet connection or I can do it with my window laptop please let me know thank you

You can use just your laptop. But I couldn't find a plug on the plc to plug the power, It may have needed to be soldered to the plc. But I didn't want to mess with it and returned it.
