Q: Can you route the audio inputs into separate audio outputs with this?

Yeah you can, with limitations. The mute buttons route the channel to a second output. So basically you can have two buss groups. You can also play a trick with the Aux send, using it as another buss. You can't have each individual channel on it's own output, however.

Q: I need a power mixer with mix minus. Do I need anything more to add if I get mix minus? I do a live internet radio show, mixer is not a usb

It can probably be routed this way -- I've not thought about it as I use mine for a monitor mix in my project studio. Also, this is NOT a powered mixer -- line level only.

our company has used this mixer for radio and in sports complexes. we have not tried it for internet. But it is a great product.

As a keyboardist I use this on stage for live shows, but this is a very flexible mixer so it shouldn't really matter what kind of audio you're inputting. You can set the input level as either mic or line-level, independently for each of the XLR inputs. Note that this isn't a digital mixer though. It's analog, so you'll need to input the actual audio from your PC; it won't plug into your USB. I don't own a ProFX model so I can't directly compare them, but I chose the 802VLZ4 over the ProFX because I wanted the high quality onyx preamps instead of the built-in effects unit. I personally don't want mixers to add echo or other effects to my audio. I'd rather have the cleanest possible sound from my mixer, since there are usually better sounding, dedicated effects processors if that's something you also need. Either way, I swear by Mackie products, so both models are going to be excellent choices. I think it just boils down to whether you want the built-in effects unit or the higher quality preamp.
