I have been looking for a high quality liquid vitamin and this is it! I’m very sensitive to vitamins and with this one, I get no I’ll side effects. It tastes great and goes down easy!!I feel energized when I take these every day.

This product is great! First, the taste is pleasant. I have tried so many vitamins that I couldn’t handle and this I can take without a glass of water!Second-and most importantly-I doubled my b12 numbers in two months. My numbers were garbage when I started and when I went for my results last week my B12 was at the high end of the spectrum! I have already ordered my next bottle!

Tastes awesome! Took as directed, had labs and my B12 was 600+; my PCM said it was high, likely from a supplement and to stop taking it. There ya have it folks.

For me, due to allergies I have to make sure that any vitamin I take is vegan and free of Magenesium Sterate or other experts. I love that MaryRuth is vegan, and the ingredients are minimal.From a taste standpoint, the taste is ok, it isn't as bad as other brands that I have tried. But the one thing that was important for me was seeing if there were sediments on the bottom of the bottle. This B vitamin was well mixed, and stable.

Great productThis Mary Ruth’s B Complex liquid vitamin is great. After taking daily for one week I started to notice more energy. The taste is good and is doable for kids and adults. I would recommend this brand and vitamin to everyone.
