Don't buy
Just go buy a dollar notebook at Walmart. This will not do no justice for you if you've had lipo

Glad I bought these
I’m 15 days post op for breast lift and tummy tuck surgery. I went back and forth about getting these since some of the reviews weren’t so great. But because of the reviews, I knew what I was getting into. For me, these work! Could I maybe sew my own thin foam pads with comfortable material? Maybe. But I don’t have the sewing machine, time, or energy to look for qualitymaterial. Are these over priced? Yes. But after spending so much on the surgery, at this point does it matter that I’m paying an extra $10-$12 than what I would spend otherwise?!? I am seriously thinking of buying another set. I have foam under my breast right now and my skin is raw. So I stuck these between the foam and my skin and it helped a lot. I will use them under my garment soon tho, to cover the zipper part. I have no regrets buying these. By the time I buy the other set, I will have invested a pretty penny for them. But in the long run, I’m ready for comfort more than anything else. And I have no energy to waste on regrets nor shopping for the stuff to make my own. Hang in there, ladies, if you’re recovering. I’m glad the last 15 days are behind me instead of in front of me. A shout out to Dr. Holly Wall in Shreveport.Louisiana. She is great and so is her staff.

Comfortable, better than the foam. Easier to snap or zip faja.
These lipo foams work great for me. They don't make me sweat. They put consistent pressure all the way around my waist. The sides of my fajas don't crease. They don't leave any marks or indentations on my skin. The foam is thinner than the thick white foam you can buy but it is stronger. I opened one up to see what was inside. It's almost like one of the peices of I thick white foam compressed. I hand washed these with a couple of drops of laundry detergent when they were new before I wore them. I just filled a huge bowl and swished them around. I did not wring them. I layed them flat to dry. They dried very fast. I wanted to make sure nothing was on the fabric when I put it against my skin. The inside foam did not absorb the water. I washed them every few times I wore them against my skin. I don't do that anymore, I wear spandex tank tops. These are very over priced but worth it. I use 7 completely around my waist now. I was using 9 when I first started wearing them. I'm 6 weeks post op for TT/Lipo.It's a little tricky wearing a thick board with these. I put these under the board so the pressure is consistent and I don't get marks. When I wear a thick board I sometimes wear the white thick foam but I hate it and I'm constantly agitated. These lip foams are very comfortable with the smaller thinner padded boards. I don't wear these at all under the small thinner boards. These also make it very easy to snap or zip my faja. They protect my skin from the faja hooks down in the lower pelvic area. They don't hurt my incision site or my belly button area.I almost didn't buy these. I read so many reviews of people complaining about the price and that they didn't like them. Yes, they are expensive for what you get. But, these fajas are miserable to wear. It takes me an hour to get that white foam feeling comfortable. And since I have to wear my fajas for months I want to be comfortable. I can change my faja with these pads in 20 minutes. There just isn't any comparison.

So comfortable, you don’t even know you’re wearing them!
Very comfortable, I don’t even know they’re in my faja. Bought these to aid in healing after lipo 360. My faja tends to dig a little on my sides during sleep so this did the trick and added an extra layer of comfort. Great price too!

Extremely thin
Unfortunately it ruins quickly because they’re extremely thin. It help just the first week.

Wear under your faja
Add comfort to your flanks if your wear under your faja. Protects your skin so you don’t get those painful creases on your sides. Prevents faja from bunching up on the sides. Could be thicker tho.

The board doesn't conform to the body at all
I am wearing spanx and girdle over the board but it still doesn't fit tight to my body. I can't get it to bend in more in order to fit it. I hate it.

Small & Wont stay in place.
Won’t stay in place at all. Was surprised how small these were when I receive them. Maybe 3“ x 6“? Moderately comfortable for the purpose but the damn things slide everywhere. Wear them out shopping one day under my Faget and one of them ended up sliding all the way up my back. Pretty much useless since they won’t stay in place and are far too small. Maybe they work better for someone who is a size 2 with no curves? Not sure but don’t waste your money Lipo foam Works much much better

These are smalllllll.
These are tinyyyyyyyyyy. Smaller than my partners hands I had to re-order a different foam that where cheaper and Came quicker. If you want these for after tummy tuck or lipo these are the wrong ones.
