So far these towels have lasted us 1 year and are going strong. No fraying or snags after many washes with normal detergent and warm setting for wash and dry (don't use bleach on any cotton towels, btw). I love the dark subtle indigo blue of this set.These towels suck water right off your skin so well, they are soft enough and thick enough, but also the waffle texture gently exfoliates skin if you rub yourself dry. Once damp, waffle towels dry VERY fast if hung in open air (like over a towel bar or curtain rod). This fast drying means they DON'T wind up smelling musty like thick slow-drying terry towels do. They also wash/dry more easily and don't overload the washer with heavy weight as they spin around.People either love or hate waffle towels. If you like them, then these particular ones are a great value and are good quality. So far 1 year of constant use and they're going strong.

A soft fabric with a quick-drying capacity. These towels are relatively light weight, providing a slim and unobtrusive profile on the towel racks. The "stone" color is unique and matched our bathroom color palette well. It's a brown with hints of mauve, accurately rendered in the image provided. A good choice all around.

I was looking for a thin yet nice quality bath mat. This is perfect. It absorbs water nicely and our glass door opens right over the top of it. It would be better though if it had a little no slip quality on the back. It does not have that.

very soft and size!

These are well worth the money. Well made. Weird the first time you dry off but already used to it. With how well they dry you off you'll wonder why you ever put up with traditional towels. Make sure you treat these like delicate laundry. They are cotton and have tassels. Just buy them!

I'm somewhat of a towel snob and I wouldn't particularly label these as "Soft." Wanted to see what the fuss about waffle towels was all about, but I'm disappointed. These are lightweight and they are pretty absorbent, however, they don't make great hand towels and they definitely don't make great face towels. I bought 2 sets, but find myself going for my cotton towels over these most of the time. These are much more thin than your usual towels so using them to dry yourself off takes a bit getting used to. I personally don't like it because it's so rough on the skin. My biggest peeve about it is the lint coming off. Seeing an abundance of lint when drying my hands with the hand towel, seeing lint when I wipe my face with the face towel and again when I use the bath towels. It went through a couple washes already and still seeing lint.

These are beautiful towels. Great quality.I highly recommend them.
