Best Naturals Serrapeptase 40000 SPUs 180 Capsules

I bought these March 07, 2018 and I am writing this review in June. I was using this brand of Best Naturals Serrapeptase at 40,000 SPUs usually twice daily *after* and as well as alongside a Biofilm removal OTC brand. My goal in purchasing these (and the Biofilm supplement) was to reduce/remove the fibrocystic/fibroadenoma lump in my left breast that I've had since as a young girl (1995) which would inflame to very tenderness during my cycle especially. I'd tried the Doctor recommended Vitamin E and the reduction in caffeine but I love coffee too much so, in college, I just decided to live with it and maybe take Vitamin E during those times. I guess it was in February 2018 I'd had it with waking up only to feel a pain - and that left breasted distal tumor - so I went searching for a solution and stumbled on serrapeptase as a potential remedy for 'dissolving scar tissue?' (At the same time, I learned of Biofilms.) I bought the Biofilm OTC brand - which may or may not have helped or may or may not have been overkill - and did that alongside this. When that was finished after about 30 days, I kept on with this; 1 in the am on an empty and in the PM on an empty or at least 2 hours after food. Two days ago - during the tail end of my cycle - I was dressing and went in for the periodic feeling of the familiar lump, as over the years, I would just kind of feel it to see how big it was, how tender it might be and so forth. HOLY WOW. I can't even begin to express, because it's been years and years, how nice it feels to have a regular left breast. I, just now, palpated with my fingers and although I think I still might have some tissue still there that could still be tender if I squished it really hard (so scientific, I know), it is amazing that I can finger-walk from my where the breast ends, to actual ribcage skin up into my armpit as opposed to feeling only that tumor ending close to armpit. I am back here to today to order another bottle to keep on with it and wish I could tell every lumpy fibrocystic breasted female that this worked for me. I am not sure when it started getting better, as I knew it wouldn't be overnight, but I'm quite pleasantly surprised that 3 months and I've not been sore during my cycles and just discovering I'm at least 90% reduced after years and years of it always being there. The tumor (by feel) was about 2 inches long around the outside perimeter of the left breast and 1 inch thick distal to medial...but that is just how much I could palpate without it becoming tender. It could have been smaller with inflammation making it feel larger. My Mom has had several removals of these same benign lumps over the years so I think it may be genetic. But the cost prohibitive for me surgical removal OR the painful living with it is not the only option. I'll probably buy one more after I purchase this next one, just because I may have other useless tissue in my body that may benefit from removal. [Addendum Dec. 11, 2021] I am back to buy more, lol. My breast is still healthy so I am not here for my breast. I am here now because in becoming overzealous in my dance fitness class I screwed up my left heel 3 years ago and it periodically inflames after sitting from time to time; and I only notice when I stand up and walk (it's sore until I've taken a few steps, not unlike plantar fasciitis in that respect). It's either retrocalcaneal bursitis, a bone spur, or something else with scar tissue - since, like I said, it's been maybe 3 years or so since the acute injury... Just gonna buy another one of these and see if anything happens. I'll update probably sometime in March 2022 if I remember. [Yes, I'm a fan of serrapeptase. :) ]

Great product, felt some improvement

I take serrapeptase because this enzyme is supposed to decrease or even clear out thrombus formations in arteries. How well does it work? I won't know until I have a repeat cardiac stress and echocardiogram again in November, 2018. This is my second order: I take 2 capsules/day, so hopefully it will have the intended effect. I will review this again after the tests.

I have COPD, which in my case is Emphysema and Chronic Bronchitis, the second largest cause of death in the world. I felt the healing of my lungs almost immediately. Within 2 or 3 days of taking 3 capsules a day totaling 120,000 units, there was a noticeable increase in my lung capacity. I was far less winded after strenuous exercise and barely breathing heavily after walking up the 3 flights of stairs to my apartment. I kept up with my brother who is 8 years younger (I am 59) who is in great shape when he was teaching me calisthenic exercises. I have also noticed that my sinuses are far clearer in the morning, as congestion is a symptom of the COPD Follow up 2 years later: I stand by my original review. have not had an attack of chronic bronchitis in almost a year and all the scar tissue from old injuries has dissolved. I cannot say with absolute certainty that the serrapeptase alone is responsible for my body's regeneration because I also use a neti pot every morning, became a vegan, have been practicing yoga for almost 12 years and do calisthenic exercise and ride a bicycle as well, but at 61 years old I am in the best overall health of my life. I do not believe this would be possible without the serrapeptase because I smoked 2 1/2 packs of cigarettes for most of 35 years. Additionally, I noticed that the only time I experienced relatively debilitating symptoms from the chronic bronchitis was when I stopped taking the serrapeptase for a couple of months. Since resuming taking 80.000 units or 2 capsules in the morning, I have not had a flare-up of the chronic bronchitis.

Great Product I had a blood clot in my left arm this stuff took the swell​ing down in 1 week maybe 2 I will keep this stuff stocked in my home will be buying more very soon

Works great with nattokinase on empty stomach.

Apparently, I am one of the unlucky few who seems to be allergic to serrapeptase. I had taken Best Naturals 40,000 for several weeks, gradually building up to three tabs a day. I took it in the wee morning hours to ensure an empty stomach. One morning, I was awakened at 3 am with severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea, but I had a lot going on and chalked it up to nerves. I continued to go about the next several days as usual, continuing to have intermittent runs heralded by terrible gut cramps, but serious food aversions were added to the list. It got so bad that if I could eat at all, starches were all I could keep down. I discontinued all my supplements at that point because I didn't feel like I could keep them down. I began blaming food poisoning. After a couple of weeks, the bathroom situation normalized and I added back the serrapeptase. A few hours later, I was puking and running. I hadn't puked before during all of this. The lightbulb went off in my head and for the first time, I started suspecting the supplement. After waiting for a week, I took one tablet and 20 minutes later I was feeling nauseous and had runs and puking! I wouldn't normally write a negative thing about a product that is probably a very good one, especially since my husband started taking it at the same time I did and is doing just fine, but this reaction is different than anything else I have read in the reviews and if anyone else is experiencing the symptoms I have described, it's not food poisoning! It's the serrapeptase! I am not willing to give up on this yet because I'm hopeful it can help dissolve fibroids, so I am going to try a different brand just in case there's something in this particular formula that disagrees with me.

I had suffered pain and stiffness in recent years. I had tried a lot of products including SAMe, and CoQ10. Some worked partially but didn't take it away all the time. It always came back. I found out about serrapeptase on a youtube video and decided to try it. So I purchased this one. It has been nearly 2 weeks now. I started taking 4 a day and now just 2 a day. It happened around the fourth day. I realized the pain had gone and the stiffness. I know it sound like a miracle, and to me in a way it was. I would sit for an hour and would be stiff when I got up. I felt like an old lady. I could not walk for two long due to lower back pain. I had to sit down for a while, so shopping was problematic. Well, as I said, after 4 days I noticed my back pain had gone and I felt my joints moved a lot smoother. My hips were no longer stiff. I felt like a teenager again. I definitely would recommend serrapeptase, and I have. It's not something you take every day for life, like Vit C. No, you take it for a while and then stop for a while. I get up out of bed now without stiffness. It really is amazing. They say it fights inflammation and cleans out the garbage from the arteries and organs. I guess that one of the reasons I feel good too. Oh and I am now a lot more flexible and can bend further to try to touch my toes. That's something I haven't done in years. It works for me, and I'm sure it'll work for you.
