alarm works like it should
I can hear the alarm in the back of the house. Very loud and does the job when my mother gets up out of her chair I can hear her.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!
I don't think this item deserves any stars. My mother-in-law was out of her chair and into the kitchen before the alarm sounded. So I checked all of the connections and put a new battery in the device, tested the pad and it alarmed. However, the next time she got up from her chair it did not alarm at all. I tried contacting the company who makes the product and they don't take any phone calls. Terrible product, terrible customer service!

Not happy
You can’t take the monitor with you. Because of this you need to be in the same room to hear the alarm. I prefer the wireless but this item was not returnable. .

No! The box was defective! The battery fit to tight and the box broke.

I purchased this alarm for my Mom who has dementia. This product was recommended by my Mom's physical therapist. I know if she is trying to get out of bed or her chair.
