Anne Klein Luggage Vintage Edition 15 Inch Boarding Bag

The bag is manufactured by Randa Luggage and mine arrived missing the shoulder strap. I called Randa simply to request a shoulder strap and even after filing their online forms and submitting photos and screenshots of my amazon receipt, the sales representative yelled at me, and talked over me, for no reason. The bag is kind of flimsy in the lining but does the job for travel holding extra baby stuff, relatively lightweight. The canvas seems durable and the pleather trim looks nice. I wanted the shoulder strap, for obvious convenience but also because pleather handles tend to wear out. Now since Randa will not help I have to use Amazon for a replacement. If you get one with all the parts, count your lucky stars because then it is actually a decent bag that does hold a lot. The main pro is that the bag has a strap on the back to hold it onto any of the matching rolling luggage options so unlike any other duffle, it will not fall off while walking. This strap would look awkward if you were using alone as a handbag although I've seen reviewers on the other colors that did use it for a daily bag. I bought a one of the rollers which is why trying to get a new one.Edit: Much to my surprise and delight, Amazon read my negative review and made good on my order. I can't believe how great the customer service is with Amazon. So if you have any issues with yours - talk to Amazon. Randa Luggage was great, they contacted me about the missing strap and this time I got a wonderful service representative (thanks Gia!) who kindly sent me a replacement. I'm so pleased with the replacement - it has the strap! The strap is great, sturdy web which will make it easier for carrying-on the plane. The service was so good it completely changed my perspective on Randa, would definitely buy their products again!!

This bag is cute, functional, and durable (after a year of frequent use). What more could a girl want?(I bought it in combo with the matching  Anne Klein Luggage Vintage Edition 24 Inch Expandable Spinner, Navy, One Size  and  Anne Klein Luggage Vintage Edition 20 Inch Expandable Spinner, Navy, One Size  rolling suitcases, and I love them as well.)

Very well made. Good size for a carry on bag. I do wish there were more interiors compartments.

This bag is a good size for travel but the stitching and materials are weak. I took the bag on a trip to Europe one day after it arrived. I didn't notice that the stitching along the top was coming out until I was on the airplane - too late to return it. The bag was not overloaded (weighed about 5 lbs) but it looked like it would fall apart if stressed.

Looks great and works well.... easy to pick out at the airport from other luggage.

Worth it. Got the carry on to match.
