Wonderful detail!
Very good quality piece. I purchased this to commemorate my first sighting of a real bear in the wild - during our trip to the Smoky Mountains this year. I love that it is in the exact walking position as the image of the bear caught on the trail cam at 2:00 am outside our cabin. This piece could also be easily made into a Christmas ornament by simply attaching a way to hang it. But I figured why hang it when bears climb trees...so I set it on a forked branch in our tree where it looked quite natural and adorable! The detail on it is great! I might have to get another one, though, because I just got a terrific idea. Since it is an identical image (same stride and everything!) to the one on our trail cam, it would be perfect to use in a shadowbox to re-create the scene at the cabin! I better get busy...gotta run!

My boys love these bears
My boys love these bears! They have a place up on our entertainment center with little caves made out of paper mache, which are painted the color of the particular bear (we got the polar bear, black bear, and grizzly bear). While our boys aren't looking--usually at night when they're asleep--the bears will go get into mischief. The boys have found the bears reading their books, climbing into breakfast bowls and popcorn, bringing them their school work etc.

Lifelike Bear
Great solid bear. Needed one that was bigger to put on a Bear Hunting wreath I am making. This one was perfect. Great price and ship time.
