The cellophane decorations are a good size (around 10" in diameter), are truly reusable, and cling quite well to flat surfaces. Here's the caveat: DO NOT get any alcohol (like hand sanitizer or rubbing alcohol) near them. I made that mistake (sanitizer was on my hands) and STAINED the board in my classroom. The red transferred and has proven impossible to remove (and I've tried everything from nail polish remover, WD-40, and about 6 other things. Nothing has worked. On the ones I put up that only touched water, there were no problems. But needless to say I am really angry about the huge red stains I'm left with.

These were great decorations! We put them up in each window in the office lunch room, and they really added to the Celebration! I'd buy them again, I highly recommend them.

There are only 14 pcs in the box, also those pictures do not match the photos. They are not as good as the photos picture.
