I have been using this product for many years! Love it ! I have fine hair and many products make my hair flat. This product really gives it volume in hold.

I have very thin hair and need all the help I can get so I am trying to find the right combination to get the full look. This is not sticky and works well I would give 5 stars if it smelled better and volume lasted longer.

This is easy to use. However, the reason I didn’t give you five stars and only three stars is that I have been fine here and when I put it in it does thicken it but then it makes my hair kind of tacky. It’s not smooth.

I washed and conditioned my hair, like normal, then towel, dried it, and applied the spray. It came out of the bottle in more of a fine mist, unless like a straight stream. It was easy to apply to my hair, and my hair was easy to comb through.I proceeded with my normal routine of blow, drying my hair, and then following it with a straightening iron. As I was finishing up with a straightening iron, I was surprised by how fluffy my hair looked. Normally, my hair looks pretty flat against my head. But my hair actually had some volume, I put a little curl in the end, and it actually stayed in, also surprising.Normally, throughout the day, my hair just kind of goes where it wants to, but today was different, it stayed where I put it. My hair looks different, but I can’t really put my finger on it other than it looks more fluffy. I had no problems, combining it with my standard shampoo, conditioner, and heat protectant spray.I do like this product, but given the price of it, I will be saving it for special occasions, when I need my hair to look its best.

Let me start by saying that I think this product does add some volume (and maybe even thickening?) and, especially after a bit of bushing, doesn’t leave the hair feeling unpleasant. But the fragrance, while not initially unpleasant, is way too strong and persistent for me. However, it could be that the reason it was too strong, and that I had to brush my hair for a bit to make it feel normal again, was because I used too much. But there was no way of knowing how much to use because the instructions gave no indication of that! All it said was to spray it into wet hair. The instructions were so focused on upselling all of the company’s other products, that they neglected to make sure that the directions contained meaningful helpful instructions.All I know is that right now I wish the smell would go away already! On the other hand, I look forward to seeing what my hair looks like after a night’s sleep – I have a feeling that this product will keep it looking nice.

I feel like it actually did add thickness to my hair, the problem is you can't use it multiple days without it causing greasy buildup in the hair. Use it and wash at least every other day and I think it does add thickness, especially in the back of the head. The scent wasn't great.. I feel if they improved the scent it would be a great product.

So first I found the smell of this spray to be pleasant, it reminded me of laundry soap though I cant say exactly what the smell is. The spray itself comes out easily and doesn't gunk up at the nozzle, always a plus. I did find it to be a bit sticky initially when spraying it through my hair though when it dried I didn't feel that anymore. My hair requires a lot of hydration and I did find that this spray left it feeling a bit dried out. I'm sure for most it wont be an issue, and perhaps, if one were to use the full line of products like the bottle directions advise, this might be mitigated somewhere in one of the other steps, but as a stand alone it was drying for me personally. This is not the most thickening/volumizing product I have used though does seem to help fluff the hair a bit. I do think its expensive for what it does however and I'm not sure I'd get it again.
