Love it!!—Updated grate feet, too!
I love this sink! It’s been installed in my kitchen remodel for a month now and it’s held up beautifully! The size is perfect generous, the finish is a beautiful white, and the quality/construction is top notch! I love the little taper in the front, but please let your installer (or husband) know that the cabinet that it sits in can’t be cut straight down to accommodate it, lol. I read lots of reviews about the silicone feet on the grate coming off, but Kraus has clearly reengineered those because mine are rock-solid and definitely won’t budge. Thanks, Kraus, for fixing that! This sink is super heavy—Amazon delivered it via a local freight shipping company. My husband had to build a stand out of 2x4s for it inside the sink cabinet. You also need an extra deep flange. We tried the pretty satin brass one from Insinkerator, but had to return it and get a satin brass generic one that was long enough. We got the Insinkerator flange to fit, but there wasn’t enough space for the garbage disposal. Flange at your own risk, or better yet just get an extra deep one! After one month’s use with five boys in the house I have had zero cracks or stains. I cleaned it just now with Bar Keeper’s Friend and it looks great. I expect this sink to last for decades and highly recommend it.

Impressive
The sink arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The only thing included with the sink was the bottom grid and some extra rubber feet for the grid. There were no installation or care instructions included, nor was there templates for the countertop or cabinet cutouts. It’s extremely heavy (150 lbs) so take that into consideration when building or modifying your cabinet. I also had to purchase an extended flange for my garbage disposal installation, so prepare accordingly. Everyone loves our new sink. It’s an impressive statement piece in our new kitchen and everyone who has seen our new kitchen complements the sink. So far (about 3 weeks), it’s been easy to clean and maintain, but we haven’t had to wash any large heavy pots/pans that would be more likely to scratch it, so I can’t say how it will hold up to those tougher jobs. It’s a little pricey, but certainly not the most expensive option, and if you catch it on sale, it seems like a great deal considering brand reputation, size and quality. Overall, its an excellent sink and one of our favorite features of our new kitchen.

Nice big farmhouse sink- very happy!
We remodeled our kitchen and I’ve been using this sink for about a week now. So far it’s great! I went with the more “square” side of the sink. There were a few imperfections but they’re not even noticeable. I’ve kept the metal grid at the bottom and just rinse food debris down the disposal every now and then. Very happy with my purchase so far! I also chose the Kraus faucet and soap dispenser.

Beautiful sink
Beautiful sink. You won’t regret this purchase. Just make sure your contractor knows about the front part of the sink. It’s not perfectly square and if they don’t know how it curves in the front, you’ll see an ugly gap in your kitchen cabinets. We fought hard with our contractor to fix the gap issue.

Unable to remove marks on matte white Fireclay sink
This is a beautiful sink however I have not been able to remove the fine marks on the inside. The marks resemble pencil lines. The sink comes with a rack that sits in its base. There are rubber bumpers to place along the outside of the rack however they frequently fall off. When items are placed in the sink, the rack itself rubs against the inside, leaving a mark, despite the bumpers. The other marks are on the side walls, most likely from pots and pans — perhaps using a inserting a separate wash basin when doing dishes, would prevent some of this. I have tried cleaning the sink per the manufacturers website however nothing has removed the marks completely. These are not scratches - At least they don’t appear to be, as there is no indentation and the surface feels smooth. I regret the purchase because of this issue and because the installation was very time consuming. We have a stainless apron sink in another room and it has a rack with feet that sits up higher. Had the Kraus rack been like that perhaps the marks in the corners could have been avoided. One of the reasons we choose the fireclay over stainless is because the latter is noisy when running water and the fireclay provides insulation. I do wonder if I had chosen a glossy finish, the outcome would have been different. Considering how expensive this sink was and the issues we have, I am giving it 2 stars. I did call customer support and they agreed to send me additional bumpers however they did not have any suggestions on how to remedy the marks other than to review the care guide which I previously read and tried. If anyone has had this problem, and remedied it, please make a suggestion. It would be greatly appreciated.
