I got this to cut my husbands hair, nothing fancy as hes happy with same length all over. Has straight hair and no awkward hairline. Blade keeps clogging up, constantly having to turn off and clean blades, (doesnt seem to matter if hair is wet or dry). What should have been a straightforward cut at number 14/16mm took over an hr!!! The reason, constantly having to clean the blades out and restart. Maybe I got a faulty one...who knows. Product looks good, very basic instructions, but i did use Google to find info. Wouldn't really recommend for longterm investment. We have used twice and seriously considering getting different product to see if any better*Update* Refund issued from seller

I gave a scathing review of this product when I received it . I then contacted the company A tion and they responded very quickly and furnished me with correct instructions which were different to those in the package. Now it all makes sense and I can use the product. However there is now no lubricating oil in the contents. They told me they would correct the instruction leaflet to match the product.; so, good for them to respond so quickly.

There's a great mix of heads in this kit - and the battery level life seems to be good whilst it's new.Better than a 'one cutting head suits all' approach.It'll be interesting to see how it ages.

After receiving a faulty item the seller has sent been a replacement item, im glad to say this trimmer us very good easy to charge and use, it doesnt pull the hair if dry really good for wet hair, my wife uses it and she really likes its, as its better than using a blade. I have now changed my review this product is very good better than leading brands out their like babyliss, Phillips, Remington. Much cheaper and can do far more different types of hair and beard trimmings.The seller is really nice he replaced my fault item quickly.

Fantastic value for money. Very sharp and precise with lots of attachments. Only downside was there wasn't any oil with the package but the trimmer is brilliant. Definate recommendation.

Had this for 3months... At first I was pleased with it, cuts hair easily and simple. But I tried to cut my hair again after 1month and half of not using it and now it doesn't charge and when plugged in the blade moves very slowly and then dies. I had fully charged it before storing it for next use. But that doesn't seem to keep the batter in good shape... Won't recommend for people that won't be using this on a weekly basis.

almost useless as a shaver, it takes for ever to dry shave in a morning and have gone back to BIC. The nose and ear clipper works slightly better , other clippers also.

Terrible. Less than a year old and it’s given up. At first I thought it was the charger, but it’s not. It’s the battery. Absolutely shocking.So as well as not being able to cut my hair due to the barbers being closed because of Covid, I’m now even more hobo like with a beard that’s out of control.
