Regarding the review that claimed they did not get the same keto readings, five minutes apart: this has not been my experience at all. I've tested this meter 3 times and have received exactly the same readings, on different fingers, from 5 to up to 16 minutes apart. If you have diabetes (like me) or are on a fasting or keto diet, having an accurate way to measure your ketones is vitaly important, so I don't appreciate anyone making a claim, without backup or knowledge on the subject.Below are photos of my latest test, today. I tested my ring finger at 8:01 am and then my middle finger at 8:17 am today. Both results were 2.6.Some things to consider before you compare your keto tests:1. If you also would like to check the validity of your meter/strips, measure both times a few minutes apart.2. Start the tests after at least 12 hours of no eating.3. Don't eat, drink, or exercise between the 2 tests.Here's my advice in general, on how I receive the most accurate keto measurements:1. I measure ketones at the same time each day. I choose to measure first thing in the morning, BEFORE I eat anything. That will give me "fasting" ketosis.2. If I measure after exercising, that will give me the artificially higher "exercise" ketosis, so I usually don't want that one.3. Wash hands with hot water right before I test, so it's easier for blood to flow (I don't need to poke myself so hard).4. Speaking of that, I always measure glucose and ketones at the same time. 2 tests with 1 poke.5. I generally want my ketones to stay under a measure of 4 but that's a personal preference, to protect my kidneys from damage. Talk to your doctor what is the healthy range for you.

I have done Keto for a long time. Out of all the machines this is by far the most accurate. They are so good with customer service. They answer right away and help with whatever is needed. Ana from CS has been very good to us. They stand behind their product and make sure you are always happy.

Update: Replacement arrived intact. The use of it is identical to performing a blood glucose test, except that the test strips are individually packaged. There are no alcohol prep pads--the foil pouches are the test strips. I had no Other reading to compare with, but the reading I got was pretty close to what I was guessing I would get. Took off one star for the hassle of receiving an open box on the first delivery.--------------I'll update this if the replacement is satisfactory after I receive it, but the first delivery was of an open box that contained a warning not to use, sell, or restock it if the box was open. Such a warning would be expected for a medical device.

This device is not accurate. I noticed ketone levels that seemed off, so I started doing 2 tests at a time. I saw large variances in results. From 3.0mm to 1.7mm within minutes of each other. Another time I saw 0.5mm up to 3.6mm within minutes of each other.

This works great, is accurate and more affordable than other meters (that actually work) on the market. I am happy with my purchase. Thank you.

I purchased this meter in 2023 ... it does a great job let me know where I'm at in ketosis. It's easy to use ... pay attention to which direction you're putting the strips in or it doesn't work lol. I've not had any problems with it whatsoever and it's been 2 years. I've not replaced batteries only reordered strips. I would recommend this product to others :)

killed 2 strips then got it! 3.2 yea! Mojos' app won't load on my phone: S22ultra wtf. This is straightforward, no phone involved. love it but the finger sticker won't get enough blood so I have to get a mechanics' pick out of my toolbox.
