Okay, the sound aspects of these are great, on the other hand, I am still unsure with the mic. I use this as a way to conduct calls from my skype account for work. Most of the time it seems to do great, but on others, it does seem to have some odd issues. Then again, it could possibly be the connection with Skype and not the headset. The problems I have noticed include: (1) occassional choppiness; (2) echoing; and (3) sometimes it seems to create a "whistle" like sound in the phone if on a conference call. As I mentioned, it is possible that none of these problems are related to the headset, but on the other hand, it is also possible they are. Because of this, I am unsure on if I like the product or not. Once I am sure if it is the headset or not, then will update my review!

I am satisfied with the headset. I don't use them professionalm nor am I a gamer type. I use them to talk on skype and they sound pretty good. The people hearing me say I sound fine.The cable into the headset looks like it will take some abuse and the microphone and headband are sturdy as well.For the occasional skype use I am very happy with them.

These headphones worked really well, and had very good sound quality, etc. The one complaint I'd have is that they are a little flimsy, and I kept having problems with one of the earphones separating (I just popped it back together, but had to do this a few times). I'd recommend packing it inside something rigid in your luggage to prevent crushing.

I bought these for my online extern class. If I weren't going to only use them about 6 times I would have returned them. They do not fit well on my head. I had to constantly adjust them so that they would not pop off my head.If you are looking for a cheap headset to use a couple times this is the product for you. If you plan to use it daily etc. then choose a different pair.

Simply put, you get what you pay for. doesn't fit as snug as I would like to but its decent. sound quality is good. microphone is cheaply made and so is the cable running to the ports. but cant beat it for $5.

I like it, but it breaks very easily. I am on the 3rd set, the microphone stopped working in the previous two. Still, not a bad headset for the price.

This works for my husband's laptop, but not mine. To use the mic you need a mic in jack. Since his built in mic stopped working, it is great for him. It is a pretty low quality hard plastic, so I won't be surprised if it gets broken quickly.

I usually go through these like candy (or like I would go through candy if I bought any). But no matter how many times I stand up and try to leave the room with them on, they don't break when they get yanked off my head. I even sat on them once, and stepped on them once.Plus, I live in Florida, and have 4 fans on me constantly, so I'm used to fellow gamers complaining about my mic, but they can usually hear me just fine.
