We bought this tent in 2020 and it is a really nice tent. It's on our deck and is a nice shady area for breakfast or taking a break. The tent itself is of decent quality and very easy to set up. But it's not the most durable tent.There was a big storm and we didn't take the tent down in time. It was lifted off our deck and several parts were damaged and some metal was broken and/or bent (the tent was tied down too, but I guess not strong enough).Another rain storm a year later caused the canopy to break and the weigh of the water also caused a couple of the metal pieces to break.Both times, customer service was amazing. They were quick to respond and were quick to provide some options for repair. Our most recent experience was with Lynn and our problems were quickly resolved. Removing the broken parts and installing the new pieces were extremely easy to do. And the price they gave us for the replacement parts wasn't too bad. And even when I made a mistake with the initial replacement order, Lynn quickly sent out the additional part and didn't charge me for it.I'd give the tent itself a 3 or 4 star. But the fact that customer service was so good and quick, and they were still able to help with my issues 3 years after buying, this gets a 5 star. I appreciate the company's continued support.

I bought this in 2022 and put it up on my back deck.. I recently left it up and it was a bad storm. The tent flew over the deck because I didn’t secure it. It was not damaged. After the storm, I put it up and weeks later another storm came and I totally forgot about it being up and again it flew over my deck and the cover ripped. I was so mad at myself so I emailed the company and Ivy answered and gave me instructions on how I can get another cover. She was extremely nice and helpful to the fullest. I rate my experience with the help from Ivy as well as the overall tent from 1-10, a 15. This tent is very sturdy. I’m glad I picked this particular tent. It comes with a rolling bag which is also great quality. You will love it. I take my 6yr old grandson out there to have his lunch after school and watch his tablet. This tent is awesome. I can take it down by myself but my daughter helps me click it up. That’s probably because I’m not sure how to do it but once I learn, I know I will be able to do it with no help. (although help is always good) Thanks to Ivy for helping with the replacement. I’m in a good mood again lol

This tent looks really nice. I purchased it for dual use, 1)screened tent for camping. My parents have a different brand 10x10 pop up tent, so I know it is a decent size to fit over camp ground picnic tables. and 2) as a canopy for outdoor events that i participate in as a vendor. I wanted white, as some events require white canopies and they look more professional. but white wasnt an option. I got beige, and i think it still looks very nice, and is a light enough color to let plenty of light through.First impressions:1. I did not receive any ropes or stakes, which is clearly stated in the description and details that they should be included. I contacted the seller, but I doubt that I will hear back in time to get any (if they send any) before my trip next week. Luckily, I have spares from old tents and can use those.UPDATE ON MISSING ITEMS: I contacted the seller the same day to let them know i did not receive the stake and ropes. They responded very quickly and shipped some to me right away. They came in the day before I left for my trip. So 5 stars for customer service and making that right in a very quick and timely manner.2. I love the roller carry bag and how light weight it is. This is a huge plus for vendor events. However, the light weight also means that it isnt super heavy duty, so I'm a little worried about durability while camping if we get bad weather. I will have it staked and tied down, and will take it down if the wind is really crazy. But hopefully it can stand up to a normal rain/light wind weather.3. It was so easy to put up by myself. It came with zero instructions, so first time out of the bag I had it up in about 10 minutes.4. There are no loops/grommets at the corners of the screen walls or at the bottom of the zippers to stake down the edges. I will be adding grommets in these areas so I can stake it down. There are also no ties or velcro inside to attach the screened walls to the legs. I may try to add some at some point, but I'll wait and see how it does first. Without these, the only thing holding the walls in place is the velcro around the top.5.The screened walls are about 1/2-1" too long. I have one spot where the fabric is all puckered up because there is too much. Not necessarily a bid problem, because at least im not having to stretch with all my might to get it all the way around and then have too much tension on the zippers. I just make sure to start at the Corners when attaching the mesh walls so that they line up right.I will be using this on a week long camping trip next week, so I'll come back and update on how it performed after its maiden trip.

Was apprehensive because of cost. It is a nice product. Definitely needs 2 people to put up and take down. It did withstand a storm but in a sheltered area. Sewn Velcro could use reinforcements. Also could use a ground peg loop to keep the zipper firm when opening and closing the tent. Overall it kept mosquito away!!! And it's visually appealing. The no see him screen is great.
