As advertised, a very good guide to assist you in taking a tour to discover the most recent architecture in NYC. The photos and descriptions could be quite helpful in helping you decide which buildings you would like to include in your tour.If you are seeking a book that presents these recent additions to NYC as a photographic display you will be disappointed. The photos are quite small, many containing a small portion of the building.

Very nice book for exploring modern architecture in nyc.... But, many buildings are not open to the public and that's not mentioned, also the interiors are neglected. A bit heavy to carry around but I like it anyway... It adds spice to my daily site seeing!

Just got this for a few friends for the holidays, then used it myself in NYC -- great guide book, the small pictures are excellent, the text is useful and interesting, not overly wordy. This belongs in the backpack anytime you're out and about in NY. With so many new buildings, it's essential.

This book clearly and intelligently discusses some of the recent architecture of NYC, things you really want to know. Its direct, too the point and tells you which buildings you can enter and look at their entrance ways which is useful. Everybody should have one. The color is excellent too.

This book provides a good overview of modern architecture in New York. The information is correct, the photos could have been better.

the book was really interesting. the maps helped a lot (with adresses). I really enjoyed my trip in NYC. Haven't got the time to see everything but at least 15 buildings.
