Q: Can the white one be dyed? You do not offer a color I need, so is it made from fibers that can be dyed?

I don't think you can get a consistent color even if you use dye for synthetic fabrics. It's better and much easier to order the color you need.

Q: Can this safely be hand washed or dry clean only? If hand washed, what temperature (warm or cold)?

If you wash it you risk loosing the shape of the flowers....spot clean if possible.

Q: How hard would the peach be to maintain/clean on jeans? Looks very intricate?

I think you would probably just need to wash on delicate (maybe inside out) and line dry. The appliqué is not super delicate in my opinion, but it is very prety
