Incorrect colors
The media could not be loaded. Box colors & descriptions are misleading. Mahogany is an espresso black, not a warm caramel color like the box & tube indicates.

The color on the outside doesn't match the color inside.
When I ordered mahogany, I didn't expect black, but that's what I got. Why not just call it what it is? It does cover the gray, but it doesn't match my hair color. Sorry, but that's lame.
