We love these shades. Our back porch looks wonderful, it'd shady, blocks the sun and look beautiful.

They work for me

These shades do a perfect job at blocking the sun! I would recommend two people install them, although it can be done by one person. I did it by myself and it was exhausting having to climb up and down the ladder so often. Customer service was great! I had an issue with one of the shades and they resolved it without any hassles. They were courteous and thorough. I would buy these again. The directions are a bit hard to follow. They have only been up for 4 days, so I can't comment on the value for the money. I have to wait and see how long they last. So far the material seems durable enough to be able to handle the NC summers. I would also highly recommend marking where you are going to put the brackets before you start hanging. That might be obvious to some, but I didn't happen to think about it🤦‍♀️

Quality was not as good as I expected and terrible instructions for installing. Don't buy unless you're good at figuring things out

Horrible instructions. Quality poor. Spent over two hours with two people to put together. Instructions were not clear. Would not work. Only one side would roll up. Would never recommend it

Great product.

Lots to do here. I had to put 2 of these together first one was the lesson 2nd was easier. Directions can confuse you. I think there is a video I didn't realize it until I was done, I suggest you watch it. Wasn't hard to assemble just have to take it slow dont hurry. I used some small washers at the top connection s since the screws provided would not firmly hold down hanger the would cause it to slip out of groove when tightening. Running the string proved to be an ordeal you have alot of feet to pull through then at final stage you will have to sinch it up all over to take out the slack to put the string lock on. After all is said and done they look good and shade the sun out of your eyes.
