The grandchildren were impressed with the detail and design of these army men figures. I think that says a lot since it reflects the opinions of a 6, 9, 12, and 14 year old. I would definitely recommend these.

Had to add to our current army man collection. This set is adorable as advertised and totally worth the money. My child is obsessed with boat and anything military he flipped when he got these!

I made my cousin a checkerboard with Army colors and material. It is a quilted piece and I wondered how to make the checkerboard pieces stay on the board. I put magnets inside the columns. Now what do I do?I ordered Army men and put magnets on the bottom of the men and with the magnets inside the columns it was a perfect match. They were the right size, and being two colors just perfect for two teams.

Overall, good recasts of original Marx Toys Marines, but these sometimes have some unfortunate flashing (excess plastic). Easy to fix for collectors or adults with some pocket/hobby knife trimming, though not what I’ve come to expect from BMC Toys’ usually good quality/flashing control.

Purchased this set along with a few others for my grandkids to play with. The age range is 3 to 10. Along with some wooden blocks all of them had a great time making up stories and creating buildings and settings for them. Purchased jungle animals, farm animals and sea life animals as well as army guys. Lots of fun and good variety of creatures.

I have Marx Half tracks for sitting Marines/soldiers. Painted soldiers faces hands, helmet covers. put tan Soldiers W tan Marines O.D. W O.D. Soldiers.

Great durable toy soldiers. Expensive. Great poses. Marx toy designs. Awesome colors except Gray. Why Gray???

The molding is top-notch and the colors go well together. Great value!
