Heavy Duty Door Armor
My plastic strip on my 1999 jeep cherokee sport was faded and peeling off. So I set forth looking for armor on the low part of the doors. I found these on amazon. They are 3/16 in thick, which is a lot thicker than some flimsy stuff out there. The powder coating feels and looks good. I am going to roll bedliner on these to protect them from tiny rocks and stones. I will take a picture after they are installed. Update: original item was lost somehow. I contacted Rough Country, and they sent a whole new set. I can't stress enough their excellent customer support. This product is a little more expensive than cheap Chinese ones, but the customer service and quality, and made in USA are worth it.

Great quality armor!
Install went smooth, took about 1.5hrs. Anyone who says the hardware sucked I think needs to be in a different line of work or get the right tools because the hardware is just fine. The looks on my jeep is great and im sure its gonna do its job! Good quality material and came with a good finish

Great fit
Fit perfect love it miss my original body tho but it is what it is just know one there in there’s no going back bc you do gotta drill into the body and when you do these keep your windows up or you will break the window

Sorta easy to install, make sure you measure and follow directions. Looks sweet!

Great armour, horrible hardware
I love how well the plates line up for the lower part of my cherokee, but the hardware needs to be better quality, id suggest using a better quality rive nut and install tool, the bolts will not line up if you tighten to the proper spec due to the rive nut mushrooming in around the edge, I even had one that wouldnt tighten at all... Overall very well made plates but lacking in the hardware quality giving it a 4 out of 5. Also they sent me two driver rear panels and no passenger but 1 phone call and they quickly fixed the issue at no cost to me. Thank you RC for your customer service as always very positive.
