Works good. Is a bit stubborn trying load onto the mower but once on it works good.

I tried using other brands, the DR line cord works the best and I wasted my money on the others. I just precut about 18 spares and then inserted them into a PVC pipe capped on one end and then attached to my mower. Now when I need to replace a line, I simply pull out a spare and thread it in and back to yard work in a couple minutes.

First of all, I will never buy the other flimsy string again. This stuff is tough and believe me I put it to the test. I practically used it like a brush hog. The thicker stuff will break the string if you don't go slow, but then again I am applying it to areas that are above it's recommended use. A roll will last me a very long time though. I probably buy 1 roll every year to trim approx 10 acres around trees, buildings and ditches. Seems a little pricey to me but well worth it.

Good quality and easily installed on m DR mower. I was able to cut the raspberry canes that were invading part of my property. This string cut through them like a hot knife through butter. I prefer to purchase genuine DR parts for my mower.
