In addition, it contains lactic acid bacteria produced by actually aging kimchi. Fish sauce, an animal source, has been excluded for the sake of veganism. Please add according to your preference. Do you know ‘Geot-jeo-ri' among the various ways to make kimchi? In a similar way to a salad, it is eaten on the spot with fresh vegetables mixed with kimchi seasoning.
