It's ok
It's a nice product but my dog couldn't take all that vitamin A (liver). Otherwise it would have been great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thoughtfully formulated multivitamin for home-cooked diets
I have spent a great deal of time researching dog supplements because I feed my dog a carefully prepared home-cooked diet rather than kibble. My dog is a senior who was recently diagnosed with lymphoma, and this decision came from wanting to give him the cleanest, most supportive nutrition possible in hopes of maintaining his strength, comfort, and quality of life — and, hopefully, adding more good days to our time together. When feeding home-cooked meals, proper supplementation matters. I found that many products labeled “multivitamin” were actually treats, enzyme blends, or omega supplements that did not provide the essential vitamins and trace minerals required to balance a fresh diet. This supplement stood out because it actually addresses those needs: ✔️ True vitamin coverage — includes vitamins A, D, E, and a full B-complex, which are commonly missing in home-prepared diets ✔️ Essential trace minerals — zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, and iron (in bioavailable chelated forms) ✔️ Powder form — easy to mix into food without sugary soft chews or jerky-style fillers ✔️ Thoughtful added ingredients — milk thistle, spirulina, and kelp (iodine) without unnecessary additives ✔️ Made in the USA and NASC-compliant Important note for anyone feeding fresh food: this supplement does not replace calcium for meat-based diets. A separate calcium source (such as eggshell powder) is still required, which is normal for properly balanced home-cooked meals. I intentionally use less than the label dose to avoid over-supplementing, and it has been well tolerated so far. The smell is mild and he doesn’t mind the taste when mixed in his food immediately before serving. If you’re feeding kibble, this likely isn’t necessary. But for anyone feeding home-cooked meals — especially for senior dogs or dogs facing serious illnesses like lymphoma — this is a well-thought-out option for providing essential micronutrient support as part of a loving, intentional care plan.

Seems to be doing good for my pup.
My dog eats this without hesitation. I mix a scoop into his raw food.

Recommended by my Vet
My dog's Vet has me using this for our dog to improve the dog's vitamin and mineral content. It's definitely improved the dog's overall well-being. I don't recall specifically how it's improved my dog's health because we introduced this in addition to a ton of other changes at the same time. Plus that was a few years ago, as well. But just knowing that he has this mineral supplement in with the rest of his meal, I know that my dog is getting a good healthy balance of vitamins and minerals in his diet. And I know it's going to improve his overall health moving forward.

This stuff saved my dog’s life
I think this stuff is saving my dog’s life. The last 7 months he has only been able to eat 1 single source of protein due to extreme IBD issues. He has been slowly wasting away. I started adding the Rx Essentials into his food 10 days ago because he truly has had basically 0 nutrients aside from lamb and chicken meat. He has shown so much improvement and energy. His eyes don’t seem so dull now. Rx Vitamins so a trustworthy company! I highly recommend them. I’m waiting on their Zymes and Biotic powder to come in the mail, too. I trust this company!

Sprinkle on the pet food.

Good product, but can be purchased from a vet at the same price this seller used to charge - approximately $60.00. Also, size of the container is wasteful as product fills half the size of the containers.

This product is not a homogenous mixture and will not be no matter how much you mix it. If you are using a really large quantity then it may be okay. However, if you have a small dog and want to use only a small amount, you will likely not get a balanced blend of nutrients and this could lead to over doses of A and D vitamins as well as copper toxicity. About the taste, one of my dogs tolerates the taste, the other refuses to eat his food with this in it.
