Very Versatile
A good all rounder, purchased for cleansing fruit & vegetables, Healthy. Can be used for household cleanser too. in the effortless removal of any burnt cookware, & also for consumption! Ease of use. & No nasty additives!

Great for vegan baking
Really happy with this. It smells clean and fresh without that strong chemical scent most cleaners have. It does the job well and I love that it’s eco-friendly. Great everyday cleaner.

Less effervescence than previously
Arrived well packaged. Presentation of item is enticing. However the actual powder seems much less effective than before. Maybe too high in other ingredients because when added to vinegar in water, it barely has effervescence as in my previous orders. The reason I buy is because it is said to be free of aluminium. I will see if there’s another brand to try. I bough to packs at once because I had faith in it. Ah well…

Best before date one day left
Bought for celiac daughter visiting from America for Christmas. Very disappointed with best before date Received 3rd December 2025. Best before date 4th December 2025. Not sure it will be okay to bake for 25th December 2025.

Quality is Good, Need and clean.

After reading all the reviews and then using the product myself, I think there has been some misunderstanding among the some users. This was conceived and designed as an egg replacement for use where the eggs are intended as a binder, such as in baked goods and meatballs. When used for its intended purpose this stuff is terrific. It works perfectly and doesn't impart any noticeable off flavors. You might want to consider adjusting butter or oil amounts, as this won't add a lot of the richness real eggs will, but I have not felt the need. However, if you try to use this as a direct egg substitute for eggs eaten on their own, such as scrambled eggs or omelettes, you will be sorely disappointed. It was never designed or intended for that use and won't work at all. When mixed as per the directions it forms a sticky (that's the whole point) greyish mess that nobody would want to eat by itself, but performs beautifully in breads, cakes, meatballs, or anywhere else the eggs are intended to hold stuff together.
