Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love the 365 brand. I trust it too. Effectiveness: This B Complex gives me plenty of energy and it also helps reduce the feeling of stress. I am much calmer when I use B Complex in my high-stress work environment. I have not had any negative side-effects from this product. It is a great choice for anyone purchasing B Complex.

I take this daily and it’s great. Easy to swallow, great value, does not have that vitamin taste, lasts for a long time (I take one a day but others can take more. I just don’t want to overdo it). It does not upset my stomach whatsoever which sometimes happens with vitamin B.

Pretty good stress B complex.. gelcaps are fine.. good combo of B vitamins..

My dad is in the beginning stages of dementia. He’s very healthy otherwise but has become fixated on “taking medicine”. Because he has no physical ailments he is not prescribed any medication, and honestly since he still lives alone for now I wouldn’t trust him to take it properly so that’s for the best. But he was adamant on taking “medicine” so I got him these vitamins. I had read where some forms of dementia were exacerbated by vitamin B deficiency so I figured it couldn’t hurt. Also they need to be taken with food so it forces him to eat so there’s another plus. And maybe it’s just wishful thinking but I really have noticed improvements in his cognitive abilities. And he’s constantly saying this “medicine” is a miracle and he feels better than he has in years. Personally I think it has a lot to do with him eating regularly instead of waiting til he gets shaky because his sugar drops but if these vitamins are what’s making him eat and he feels great then I definitely recommend them.

Life savers! Help with anxiety

I cannot speak about the nutritional value of this supplement, other than what is provided on the listing and the bottle. I think they are probably fresh and I thought the price was fair. The problem is that they are capsules and no matter how quickly you put them in your mouth and toward the back of your tongue to swallow them with a drink, they become instantly sticky and it takes a long time for them to move past my throat and down my esophagus. I don’t have trouble swallowing other pills or capsules, but this one Is made up of something that does not go down easy and I feel it for about 15 minutes. Not pleasant.
