When they say XL they mean XL,, but not having a lot of money after my husband’s stroke I will use them until gone then buy a LARGE size 😊😊. Great pull up holds a lot really work perfectly with an extra pad or insert. I will be buying more of this pull up until my husband gets better or back on track 🏃. Fast shipping they even gave me a sample of washcloths. Like wet wipes, but thicker for when you’re out and about. Great job on this one!! If you need extra absorbency, then this is the one for you. These are the exact product given to me during a recent nursing home stay for rehab after I fractured my pelvis. I will say, that they don’t hold an overnight amount. You also need a bed pad and waterproof matress pads. These fit well and comfortable, but changing them can be a challenge. The CNA’s normally just tore down the side seams tather than undressing my bottom half. Easier said than done. A pair of cheap scissors kept in the bathroom would help. I have a trash bag lined wastebasket in which to throw the used ones. I read a hint a few months ago that to keep it from smelling bad, throw a dishwasher tablet in the bottom of the. Bag. It helps!

FitRight disposable underwear for women's and men's ( L ) 4 Pack of 80. I do not like these they seem cheap. Plus they have a plastic string holding it together. I don't like nothing that's sticking on my bottom. To hold one pamper on. I'm disappointed in these I won't buy these no more. They're not worth the money. 👇Amazon diapers are better.

My Mother-in-Law says they don't keep her dry overnight. They still leak. Hence she still needs the bed pad.

I bought these based on the posted photo that gave me the impression these have side padding, which I need for back and side sleeping. Unfortunately, no side padding and looser leg elastic than others I’ve used resulted in quite a bit of night leakage. Also, I feel the front padding is too low to be very effective for males.

The leg holes are enormous. Only tried one and returned. Just won't work....parts fall out!
